Emanuel came out and repaired my Nordictrak A.C.T. elliptical machine. On time, on point, and kind. Part took less than a week, and I am happy with the price! Would 100% recommend, and use again.

Emmanuel came out to service my treadmill that was making a loud noise. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. Aligned my belt and lubricated the bearings. I ended up having him service all my other cardio equipment. Highly recommend this company great service!

Me and my girlfriend went in to get a bedroom set from this location today and within 2 hours of receiving our furniture roaches started appearing in our bedroom. We were not made aware that the furniture was used, ( I guess I should have known) the dresser came damaged with burn marks, the night stand had remence of borac acid inside of it. My girlfriend called the location letting them know we have killed several roaches at that point and the only answer Daniel the manager could give us was that they could pick up the furniture tomorrow. She accepted that answer until we continued to see them and then I saw an adult roach crawling and running to hide in my apartment. I immediately called Daniel and let him know I wanted this infested furniture out of my house. He tells me the drivers leave at 6pm. It was 6:45p at that point and that they were about to close at 7. I told that as a customer, and being about to pay his company almost $2,000 that wasn't acceptable. I know as a former customer service agent they have to have emergency situations to correct problems like this. After putting me on hold he then told me that the problem came from a previous pickup they did, the person before had furniture that was infested and it transferred to our stuff. I let Daniel know that was absolutely not an excuse as to why I had roaches in my apartment. So SOMEONE knew of this infestation and delivered this furniture anyway with critters crawling all over it, simply bc they didn't care. I ensured the dresser and night stand was picked up tonight because I wasn't taking no for an answer. And surely within 10min someone came to get it. Tomorrow I will be going first thing in the morning to the location to settle the rest of the differences I have with them. I really just want my money back and be done and close this contract because I'm so disgusted. To have to pay $2,000 for furniture plus the headache of invited critters is more than I bargained for. This experience was a nightmare!!!!
