I paid for my rental application on Tuesday. No one has answered the phone since then. I haven’t gotten an alert about a credit/background check and my employer hasn’t been contacted. Please issue a refund if you’re not going to run the application..

If you think you’re moving to save money, this is not the place. This complex charges nearly $150 for sewage and close to $70 for water with no explanation about how the bill was calculated. These expenses are not included in the monthly rent. The washers and dryers were broke and not working for the majority of my time at the complex but they still charged residents for them. Only one pool is actually able to be swam in but still no deductions. You can never get a hold of management when you have a situation. If you need things fixed, they will send a man who speaks only Spanish to “fix things”. He cannot be communicated with and therefore cannot do his job properly. In addition, perhaps the most significant part and sole reason why I am fed up, the complex threw away my clothes that were in the dryer that I was charged to use after I could not access them (because they locked the doors) for two nights in a row. When asked about my clothes, they acted oblivious and stated they were not responsible even though they are.My greatest recommendation for anyone considering this complex: please avoid it. I have witnessed many injustices and sly things take place. This complex does not care about the residents - they do the bare minimum to maintain their jobs and that’s it!

Put in a $75 application, emailed, called, and visited the leasing office. No one got back to me. Leasing office was vacant. Tried multiple times, it has been 2 weeks. Word around is new management is ruining this once nice complex - I can see it, as they can't even do something as simple as return a call/email. Dont waste your money...

If I could give 0 stars I would this apartment was not always bad but office is never open no one ever answers the phone. The customer service is horrible. The last person that used to be in the office was the best and always got stuff done. She’s gone and nothing gets done you call all day nothing then you go to the office and it’s closed. Property has gone down hill and fast they let anyone move in now. For all you put up with and the 3 bedroom is hella expensive. Don’t bother to waste your time.

I lived 3years and honestly if I are looking for a place this is definitely not where u should look. The office with never reply to your calls they will charge u water based on the other 4 apartments. My Ac never worked . U will pay for pest control but they will never show. The apartments are over run will bugs it's disgusting. I had to reach out to the corporate office to get any movement after 5 months of calling and leaving messages in the main office. And when u move they will keep your deposit and say your apartment was damaged adding up to exactly the deposit. Do yourself a favor and. Move anywhere but here

u will have a bug problem . they will be in the highways when u walk in....my building has termites and they will give u every excuse on why they will not fix the issue. Most of the reviews are from people that don't live here. Ask yourself the reviews state they are so nice the rooms are so big at viewing..... u cant leave an honest review unless u leave here......Currently waiting out my lease but leaving earlier is definitely in the plans.

Pipes busted 3 times when I moved in porch covered with trash and then they raise the rent like 100+ bucks. So sad lol. Big bug problem and mold issues. Place is good on outside but the inside is like 2013

When I first move into Heritage at Temple Terrace everything ran smoothly then last year the new owners fired the staff and bring two Hispanic ladies to replace them and ever since the place as take a turn for the worse can get them to do there jobs I am having problems with roaches reported it to the Manager and Assistant Manager and nothing is been done about all they do is making excuses after excuses the Manager she's nit nice at all and everyone is moving out the rent keeps going and the property is running down compared to the first set if ladies who took pride in this place I recommend individuals inside here but never again this place isn't welcome like when these three ladies run this water fountain is a hot mess

What can I say but awesomeness. I wrote a review on their actual website, but I felt I needed more people to know. Living here has been amazing for my family. I have no issues with a pool being cleaned weekly, the grounds maintained and the garbage area clean and rodent free, and that all greatness is even before you walk in your home. The apartment size is spacious and comfortable. Mostly I enjoy the peace and tranquillity on my patio. The outdoor space is truly a rare amenity, it is like having your own backyard. The staff is friendly and professional always. I haven't had many issues and if I had any concerns they were all addressed rapidly and effectively. I must say I am impressed with the management and the staff, as they are great. I am happy to call this place home. Emily is friendly and efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the company and she and her staff goes over and above to achieve outstanding solutions to make sure the tenant is happy. More properties should follow her lead, without tenants it just empty buildings. Thank you Emily and staff you all are fabulous.

The apartments are good size and updated. Whenever I've had issues the staff addresses them as soon as possible. Generally it's a family atmosphere and the other tenants are pleasant. There's a decent elementary and middle school just up the street. Sometimes there's the regular city/apt issues you get when there's alot of different people together in one place. The maintenance team is friendly and works hard to make things work for everyone. I've even seen them help lost kids. It's not perfect, but no place is, but it's a nice community that's not very micromanaged so you have your privacy.

This is a warm and peaceful place to live. The office staff is so caring and willing to go the extra mile to meet the residents request. The customer service is behind you can image!! This is a place you can really call home
