I’m not sure why the staff is so rude to me when I call, I’m a mom navigating a child who was born prematurely and has special needs along with two other children at home. It’s been an insurance nightmare but I took my son off our family insurance so that he only has the CMS Medicaid again because he has special needs and can only get this medicine from this place. Olga has been helpful but there are multiple extremely rude staff members to the point where I dread calling in to get the refill. You should teach your workers to have compassion and patience for people who are learning this process with insurance for the first time. Also, he’s been on these meds for 9 months and it’s not my fault you still try to charge us every time and when I kindly remind you it’s covered, I’m cut off rudely and hung up on before saying good bye. I very rarely write negative reviews but it’s not right the way you treat people who are just trying to take care of their children.

Very poor communication. On multiple occasions they fail to send rx refills on time and don’t call to tell you it’s delayed.

I've had 3 phone calls with employees and each one claimed they'll have someone call me back because they were unable to help me themselves, and I have yet to receive a call-back. At this point a week has gone by, and I'm nowhere near getting my prescription. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This place took my payment last Wednesday and told me my medications would be delivered within 1-2 days which should have been Friday. It's now Monday evening and I still haven't received my medications. I called to ask where they are and was told they were out for delivery but that's supposedly been occurring for the past 12 hours. They took my money and then lied about when my prescriptions would be arriving. My dermatologist sent my prescriptions to this place and I called my dermatologist to let them know they need to find a better place than this.

It's so good to talk to someone in the pharmacy because they take good care of you as you talk to them ask any questions and you will have the answer.

We called the pharmacy for a price for a medication, we explained the insurance did not cover the medication, and we were given a cash price of $ 113.00, agreed to the price, had to drive back to the doctors office to get a new prescription issued to this pharmacy. One day later we were called and told that the price is not valid and we had to go through the insurance company.Nobody remembered talking to us. This definitely will not happen to us again, will avoid this pharmacy. They engage in bait and switch practices.
