If I could give this CVS a zero star this is the worse of the worse the pharmacy in general the tech are the worse more the one tech mane Yenna I don't know how to spell but boy I didn't want to believe in the 2.2 ? but man you have to believe that this place is horrible service in general there is not one thing you can pin point that is good wow never I'my life so sad my CVS 2502 west Hillsborough Ave is closing that was a good even though is was getting bad too I don't know what is going on but Corporate office have to do something about this

The reviews are true. This CVS has no issues messing up your prescription do to their incompetent staff. Stay away. When they have you call the cvs line to file a complaint this just gets buried by cvs corporate. Also screw this pharmacist in the photo.

Big communication issues at this facility. more often than not, I have to return multiple times for either "medication not available" or "never got the script" even though the physician sent it multiple times. My favorite so far: i have several important meds for the heart that was prescribed. The app said medications are ready- when going to pick them up- they aren't. These are important meds- no communication from them as to why they weren't ready. Just seems like the pharmacists on staff have given up on helping patients. Changing pharmacy today. Do not go there.

The store is clean and well stocked but the best part if the employees who are very friendly and welcoming.

Many times I get the incorrect prescriptions or I get other peoples prescriptions. Be very vigilant when getting prescriptions there. It is dirty inside the store.

The worst customer service possible! It doesn’t matter if it’s the front checkout or at the pharmacy, the cashiers lack basic knowledge of what they are suppose to do. On multiple occasions, they given me the wrong information and made me run in circles for nothing. I will never come to this store again and encourage everyone I know to do the same.

This is literally the worst service I have ever had in a pharmacy. Lets say there are 3 cars in front of you at the drive through they wont care, and you will be waiting for at least 30/40 minutes. They are the most inefficient business I have ever seen run.

Slowest CVS in modern history. If had known I’d be here for an hour straight I would’ve started a timer just to prove it. My lord could this place move any slower.

Worst experience ever. Not just once but every month.. There is always an issue. Same medications I've been taking for 12 years!
I will never go there again. Unless you love being treated horribly, embarrassed, cut off (if you ask a question). Not to mention you'll get a text and/or call saying your medication is ready to be picked up, just to get there and find out it's not. So now you have to sit and stare at them goofing off for 45 minutes before you can finally leave this unbelievable establishment. I cannot believe these people are allowed to handle medication that could possibly kill someone. It blows my mind. Staff is rude and incompetent beyond measure. Avoid at all cost unless you have a death wish. I was given the WRONG MEDICATION then asked to bring it back and they would give me the correct one. I looked at the bag and the ONLY thing similar was our last name. EVERYTHING else was wrong. Unbelievable!!!

This location on Bullard Pkwy is the worst CVS location I've ever seen. They don't answer phone for their customers. They have a answering machine, that they at times don't return calls from And when they do they lie saying you prescription with going out in the mail or will be the next day, at times you'll never receive them then they'll be put back on the shelves. I mean what's the reason we are paying for the mailing service for??.... Then when a person goes into the store the lines are very long with only 1 person at the register helping customers. With the drive thru full as well. It's crazy other CVS pharmacies answering phones. They need to hire more people to get their job done the right plus faster way for the customers.... The location is great it's just the service sucks.

Both the retail and pharmacy staff here are very helpful and kind. They get busy but it doesn’t affect the service.
