The only pharmacy I will ever go to from here on out..okay story time... it's 8:53pm and I need to make a transfer from another pharmacy not knowing that the original pharmacy didn't take my insurance. I let the CVS guy at the counter in on my situation and makes the call with only 5 minutes left until they close... They answer at 8:57 and talked the other pharmacy into making the transfer instead of waiting till tomorrow. Someone else comes to assist me after and within 10 minutes I'm out the door with my prescription that I would have had to wait for till the next day. Thank you to whoever was working tonight. You guys rock!

There's absolutely no effective communication. It's like shopping at a flea market in Bangledesh! Multiple times I had to pay Uber 3x4x a month! $18x4=I'm not having it!I'm not the first person to complain, but the phone thing drives me nuts, too. "Don't tell me to call the day before I need a refill if you aren't going to pick it up!" "Don't tell me to call you about insurance changes if you aren't going to pick it up!" "Don't tell me to call you at all if you don't have the staff available to answer the phone!" If you use this CVS, only interact with it through the website.Sketchy bout filling the $1300.00 scripts for 3mo at a time tho! Check your bag! Formal request for removal of $$$$ drug outta rotation=>6 mo! Never will return calls! I don't review BUT that CVS is despicable, making my face twitch, and the GHETTO-fabulous Walgreens across the street is even worse! I'M SO DONE!

Awful!! Waited an hr and they didn't fill all my meds. I have to call the doc to confirm it was sent, and it was. The pharmacy tech meat up. I would not come here if I had a choice.

Cvs is ok the only big problem is that when you call them they don’t pick up the phone that’s the pharmacy..

Don't use this store to get passport photos from photos. They don't even cut photos to specs.

I was very disappointed in the service that I got in the pharmacy. everyone seemed to be too busy to help me until finally an employee was just coming on duty and he came to assist me. I did some shopping in the store prior going to the pharmacy and I was very impressed with the politeness and courtesy and efficiency that I was given by two other employees in the store but the pharmacy seems to be lacking in courteous service. There also is a continuous problem trying to get the pharmacy to ever answer the phone

I have encountered numerous times when I’m experiencing issues with picking medication due to staff not doing their job.

Do not come here! This should not be called a clinic, nurse practitioner Courtney refused to prescribe an inhaler for asthmaic symptoms. Stated she would call 911 if needed but would not prescribe my maintance medication and even refused to prescribe a rescue inhaler, stating it was policy. Made me feel like I was asking for narcotics instead of a simple inhaler. CVS sells over the counter inhalers yet the clinic is unable to prescibe inhalers due to "policy". Why do you give the option online for asthma but refuse to actually help people who come in with asthamic problems? I was helped by the medexpress near by, skip CVS minute clinic and go see a real clinic that can prescribe you what you really need.

Pharmacy does not answer the phone at all there is no way of communicating unless you physically drive there.

Possibly the worst pharmacy in the state. Received horrible service after waiting for over 45 minutes, the claimed my Rx was not called in. When i told them I was there when it was called in they came up with more excuses why they couldn't fill my Rx. I want to specifically point out the horrendous rudeness of the white guy who wears glasses and a ponytail (wish I had his name, but since I don't this is the only way I could describe him) and the guy who identified himself as the pharmacy manager. CVS needs to overhaul the staff at this location.

The fact that you sit on the phone on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on is infuriating!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

They refuse to answer the phone. If you call again they will just hang up without answering. I even try calling late at night when they shouldn't be busy. Just terrible.

The pharmacy tech at the drive through let me wait for 30 minutes without acknowledging me, while taking several other cars in the other line. He then told me that my medication wouldn't be ready until after midnight. I told him it would be great to have it before midnight because it is regulated prescription so I can stay on schedule to pick it up every month and not get behind. He said "you got somewhere to be?" I questioned him. And he said very rudely "you goin somewhere? You can't get it tomorrow?", and I said I can't get it tomorrow (I am out of this medication and need it for work) and he said "what could you possibly need xx for at midnight?" In a very judge mental tone, as if to say I abuse my medication. First of all, that is absolutely none of his business. He is a tech. Not a pharmacist, not my doctor. Secondly, he named the drug out loud over the loud speaker so all of the cars could hear. So I got angry and told him it wasn't any of his fucking business, and he told me that because I raised my voice at him that he wasn't going to help me and threatened to call the cops and went back to helping all of the other cars in line and ignored me. I asked for my prescription back and he said "sure" and then intentionally didn't send it back, just to make me angry. Had to drive around and go in to get it. So unprofessional. He has absolutely no authority to treat me the way he did. Even if the pharmacist had done that I would've felt like it was overstepping.
