“I have been banking at Suncoast for nearly 30 years and I have always found the employees to be friendly and helpful. But there is one employee who truly went above and beyond - Carmelo Reyes. He made sure to contact the appropriate people to resolve an issue for me. He spent two hours working with me today - one hour of which was after closing because he wanted to make sure everything was done so I wouldn’t have to return. “Just dropped in to the Fletcher branch a half an hour before closing to replace my lost debit card. I had the great fortune to speak with Susan Perritt, who has worked there for 30 years. Susan took great care of me. She discovered some errors in managing my cards through the years, and worked with me to correct it all. As she did so, about 10 minutes before closing, about 10 people came in and needed to speak with someone other than wait in the teller line. Susan sent my cards to print, then with patience and expertise began assisting the people in line. I walked out with my cards now correctly issued, and the folks who had been waiting getting the services they came in for. I’ve been a member for 49 years, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. “I have been a member since 1996 and when it was Anheuser-Busch employee credit Union as soon as it turned two together. There's nobody in the office anymore except tellers the change in the times it's not open on the weekends anymore. It's gone downhill as far as ability to service their customers. The tellers are wonderful. They've always been wonderful but the business has gone downhill. I am. Sincerely thinking of changing after all these years which is going to be a pain, but it looks like this place to me is slowly closing its doors. There are only three tellers there. There's usually no manager and there are no more people in the loan appointment area. It's dark all the time”
