It is rare these days to have great customer service in a retail environment. My husband and I found shopping at this store was a very pleasant experience and Sean, who waited on us, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to us show us how to use the items we bought. Five stars aren’t enough!!

This AT&T store is amazing. I was serviced and helped by Sean. Such a nice man and super professional and knowledgeable.I bought two new IPhone 15 pro max and I couldn’t be more happier with Sean. He made the transition for our old phones to the new a breez. Thanks a Lot Sean you were amazing and I recommend you to anyone .

Jason was absolutely amazing. He was patient, understanding and showed compassion for my situation. He worked with me for over two hours to resolve an issue I had been trying to resolve for over a week. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking to switch carriers and current customers. Gersy is also a wonderful rep. Definitely ask for either of these employees.

To make a long story short, I went in to order new iPhone 15pro max my device was ordered by Rachael and I asked to have them shipped to the store for safety since I work all day and didn’t want my stuff to be stolen or loss, well Rachael put the address in wrong and my stuff was then lost she wasn’t willing to take any ownership of the mistake on her end and didn’t want to help at all to make it right.That’s where the new staff at this location stepped up and really went above and beyond for me to make sure I got what I ordered one way or another it was a painstaking process but Jason really killed it for me and made sure he did everything he could to try and right the wrong. Following up with me daily to see if I got anything and letting me know what he has found out. After that once the phones were redelivered I went in picked them up and Sean helped me out another guy there that was very helpful and willing to do what he could to help satisfy in attempt to right someone else’s wrong.

Thank god this store has new sales reps. The previous ones were aweful. Sean was awesome he greeted and helped me immediately then figured out how to solve my problem in under 5 minutes. He then answered a few questions I had and I was out the door. I used to dread going into this store and the disappointment that would follow. Now I would recommend this store to anyone. Talk to Sean, he will take care of you.

I'm new in the country & unfortunately, disappointedly(if there is such a word) AT&T told me and my wife that they aren't able to give us a SIM card post paid or prepaid, if even a phone with or without contract. We have social security information for both of us, proper i.d and official documents of home address. This AT&T store is in Temple Terrace across from the post office and Winn Dixie.

I came in an hour before closing ( I had just got off work hate being that person ! ) & Stephanie was the one who took care of me amazingly !! They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I even left with two new watches !! Mind you I came in to get my phone number changed lol! they were not only caring but extremely informative and very patient since I had soooo many questions. Even when it came down to pick which watch color I wanted we went through them together and they even brought out all the colors they currently had in store to show me ! Overall it you go to this at&t store ask for stephanie they’ll get you questions answered and fix your problems and you never know you might end up leaving with a new product like I did !!!!
