I purchased a " builder's Risk" policy from these guys and at the time of purchase agent told me that portions not used after project completion are refundable (early cancelation of policy). When my project was complete and I called to for early cancelation of coverage, they claimed they never told me it was refundable. I was basically scammed out of my money. Will complain with the better business bureau.

Billie Jo is very nice and helpful! I used to quote by myself online, very frustrated and time consuming. Things changed a lot when I happen to meet Billie Jo. She is so efficient, saving me time and money. I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends!
