It's ALWAYS a HORRIBLE experience when dealing with Nurse Clyde. He ALWAYS HALF treat me and ALWAYS suggest that if I don't feel better to come back in and schedule another appointment. This is VERY inconvenient. Unfortunately, I frequently get Sinus Infections. This has been happening to me for years. Depending on the severity, I'm prescribed an antibiotic and Prednisone. However, I ONLY come seek care after I've been I'll for a while and it just doesn't subside. Nurse Clyde prescribed me Prednisone and told me to get some Flonase. I told him that my face was hurting and that my nasal cavities were burning really bad. He did NOT check my nostrils at all. He said that he noticed fluid in my left ear and that he was prescribing Prednisone for that. My question then was what about my burning nostrils. He suggested Flonase. So I asked him what if I'm not feeling better I'm a few days could he then be prescribe an antibiotic. He said yes, just schedule another appointment to come in and see the other Nurse Practitioner (Andenid) or wait until Wednesday until he returns to the office. That was the MOST RIDICULOUS thing I've ever been told in my 50 years of living on this earth. That's not the first time he's HALF treated me and then suggested that I schedule another appointment with Andenid. I even referred my sister to this clinic when she had Bronchitis and a Sinus infection. Nurse Clyde did the same exact thing to her. He basically told her to do a nasal rinse and if she gets worse to come back. Her mucous was GREEN. I ended up calling the 1-844 number and complaining, with my sister on the phone to explain what happened during her visit. He then called my sister back and I was with her and he finally prescribed her an antibiotic. I HATE to think that Nurse Clyde is prejudice, but I've even heard more minority people complaints about him doing them the same way. This is definitely UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. In fact, I never care to have Nurse Clyde treat me ever again. I don't feel that he has my best interest in mind.

I guess they had cancelled my appointment 20-30 mins beforehand (mind you, I was already on my way to the appointment) and I didn’t realize until AFTER I was checked in (how could I have been checked in if it were cancelled in the system?!) and had sat in the waiting room for 15 mins. I ended up going to GuideWell Emergency Doctors off of Fletcher Ave!

Avoid this place and the DO Romeena Martinez! She had zero customer service skills and is a flat out liar. I had a pre-employment screening and was 10 minutes late for the appointment. Instead of trying to work me into her schedule and help me secure the job; she claimed it is their policy to make the patient make a new appointment and come back. She is lazy and not willing to go the extra mile which is not what anyone needs in a medical provider. That means she is not going to take the time necessary to do her job correctly and when medical professionals are incompetent, people don't survive. Do yourself a favor and go across the street or to any other walk-in.

After being unable to get into my primary care, I was desperate to get treatment for a painful ear infection. AdventHealth Urgent Care was the only facility I could find that actually made appointments and I was able to schedule for 8:30 a.m. I am so glad I did. Dr. Arthus was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I arrived, she was kind, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly cared for my situation and was able to not only provide treatment, but provided me with preventative care advice, as well. Thank you Dr. Arthus!

Fifth time going there, and my family and I have so far had a great experience with the nurse practitioners for vaccines, sicknesses, and COVID tests. They have been very kind, professional, punctual, helpful, and accurate in their diagnoses.

Absolutely terrible operation being run here! I made an appointment with Advent healthcare express for a covid test. After booking my appointment I received a confirmation message that stated to call before coming in if it was for a covid test. I followed direction and was first informed by the customer care line that I didn’t have an appointment, when she found it she informed me to go in because I may have missed my appointment. I am currently standing around a ton of people by the pharmacy and was told I need to now wait until everyone else is seen because I was 10 minutes late. When trying to explain that I was here for a covid test and that I should be standing around all of these people because I am possibly contagious I was told I don’t need to have an attitude and that I will be seen after all the other appointments after mine because I was late(which I was not). I currently have a fever and symptoms the fact that Advent health is putting Walgreens customers at risk while making me wait inside and in close proximity of people is careless.

Do not go to this location even if you’re dying. Worst treatment ever. Horrible attitude.I went to another location several years ago. The nurse practitioner was very professional and handled my situation.This person could learn how to speak to people. She has a horrible bedside manor.This is the quality of employees we now have to deal with since hardly anybody wants to work. Get used to mediocre care from now on.
