I bought a brand new boat from Unique Marine. My sales guy Lance is the best of the best. Has helped me out so much on my new boat and has come out with us many times to show me Boating in the keys is a little different. He honestly did such a great job with everything we have asked him out many times and he just keeps coming and showing me more places and things. Customer service is the best in town.
Service dept Michelle and Tracy have both been phenomenal. They know i am a rookie and they have guided me down the right path everytime. I honestly am so glad I purchased boat from these people. They really are better than all the other dealerships near me. I am in good hands with them and they always try to make things right. They are great honest people to deal with and i would recommend buying a boat here. I went to every dealership from Key Largo to Marathon and i made the right choice. Alex is there captain and I have to give him a shout out. He was great too. I give the whole experience 10 out of 10. Shop here and what you will get is the lost art of customer service and no bull Sh@t. Great people. I hope they are around for years to come

Searched for my used boat for just about a year. Found it and had a great experience with Unique Marine. From the first inquiry of our Robalo to the pick up. ASK FOR LANCE. Lance was great! Took the time to do a face time video chat showing the boat. Disclosed evening about it. Did a great sea trial and even was there on a Saturday for the pick up. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

We have bought our first ocean boat from Unique Marine and couldn’t be more pleased! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot (just to look), we felt confident that this was the place where wanted to make our purchase. Lance Arnold was our salesperson and he went way above and beyond. He answered all of our (many, many) questions throughout the entire process-from purchase right up through the delivery. Lance took the time to orient us with the boats many features and even took us out on the water. He was super personable and very knowledgeable about his products and about boating in general. We have since ordered some extras accessories and the entire service team has been fantastic as well. They communicate quickly and clearly. Most dealerships do not go the extra mile when servicing boats that were not purchased at that dealership. My experience was very different. I had a number of items that needed to be done on my WC 295, including installation of a couple of custom items and the relocation of some original items. They completed all these items on time and in-line with their estimate. If that were all, I would be happy. However, what really impressed me was that Tracy not only convinced Garmin to replace a head unit under warranty (which was not why I was there), but also helped submit claims to get a refund for a unit that should have been a warranty claim from a year ago. There wasn't an additional charge for her efforts; she just jumped in to help get Garmin to do the right thing.
It is difficult to get good work, on time, with good communication, and within budget in the Keys. I'm not saying this is a discount operation, but if you want all those things I can recommend Unique Marine without hesitation.

The owner Todd of unique and his staff are definately the most knowledgeable group in South Florida with regards to any boating needs. Talking to them and understanding the difference between the Sportsman and other boats in its class not only sold me on the sportsman, it made me understand why it really is a step above. They don’t just sell a boat, they sell a lifestyle.
