I don't know why as there's no logical reason, but this shady company enjoys screwing up Christmas celebrations in the Florida Keys. One of our annual Christmas events is the peaceful boat parade. This company instead has decided to celebrate Christmas by blowing shît up, polluting the bay with fireworks debris and zero intention of picking up their litter like in past years. Now veterans, special needs kids and anyone with pets can't celebrate this once peaceful event. So shameful!

I want to give a huge thank you to Lyn, one of the Yamaha mechanics at Plantation Boat Mart. We trailered our boat from Sarasota to Islamorada for the weekend and had a minor issue that nearly cost us our entire trip. Lyn graciously accepted my phone call on a Saturday morning and spent time to walk me through the issue over the phone. This type of customer service doesnt exist anywhere else. I will recommend Plantation Boat Mart wholeheartedly for any boat sales and service and hope to be a customer myself one day. Thanks Lyn! Great work.

Forget West marine!! Sabby at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She helped me figure out what was wrong with my boat and supplied me with the parts to fix it. Pleasure to deal with.

I have went to look for the boat at this dealer and spoke with Jake. He have been very helpful and very knowledgeable and also considered all my needs for the boat. I’m still looking on the different boats to compare and see if there anything else on the market but as of now I’m considering the boat that they have on the lot if it not going to get sold.

My name Is Jesus I am buying a boat with you and I just want to let you know that I am really happy with Plantation Boat Mart, and the people that I’ve been working with during this process, especially Britt the salesman he’s very nice and professional, excellent customer service, good communication, i have been looking for the right boat for a few months I visited a lot of dealers and talk with a lot of people and let me tell you Plantation makes the difference.

Complete disregard for customer service. We were informed that we could have all service done at the Palm Beach Gardens location even though we purchased the boat in the Keys. Upon contacting Carrie in service, we received nothing but attitude and annoyance from her. She continuously put us off, would not return phone calls and once we were finally able to get her to provide us with someone for our 20 hour service, she gave us a third party contractor who doesn't specialize in Yamaha motors and charges twice what a local service shop charges.Additionally, the boat was supposed to come with a side entry ladder, but it did not. Ignacio, our sales rep., told us at pick up that he would have the ladder shipped to his PGA location so that it could be installed there. Of course, that did not happen. The ladder was shipped to the Keys, we were never notified when it arrived and after calling several times, Carrie told us, I'll ship it to you and you can put it on yourself. We still have not received the ladder and Carrie and Ignacio have gone MIA.Finally, I have a warranty issue that I have sent via email, per Ignacio's direction, to the warranty department. And just like my service issues, the warranty department has not contacted me. Luckily, I was able to find another dealer that is assisting me.If you want HORRIBLE customer service, attitude, being treated like you don't matter then please feel free to pay over $100,000.00 to this joke of a dealership. Run don't walk away from this place!
