Jason arrived promptly the next day after my phone call. Quickly diagnosed our problem, and immediately ordered a replacement part. Great experience! Same day response, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our dryer and replaced the part. Jason even took the time to go over some minor maintenance and cleaning we can do ourselves to avoid having issues in the future. Highly recommend!Service: Dryer repair

BEWARE - This company came into my elderly parent's house, and told them they could replace the boot on the washing machine. Then pulled the washing machine apart, only to decide they could not put the washing machine back together. LEFT the washing machine in pieces !!!!Then charged them for the service call! When the company was called to find out what would be done, they were told sorry there is nothing they could do. DO NOT USE!!!

I have used Jason a couple of times now. He serviced our kitchen aid ice maker ordered the part and fixed the problem for us in timely manner. Recently I had him come out to look at our dishwasher. Definitely would recommend and will use him again.Services: Dishwasher repair

I couldn't recommend this business more. Jesse went above and beyond to repair our washer, and came out numerous times to make sure he did everything possible to get it working again (did a deep clean, installed a new part, etc). He explained everything to us along the way, has fair prices, and was very kind to my two toddlers who kept wanting to watch him work. A big thank you to Jesse for taking such great care of us! :)

As a fellow repair person, I appreciated Chris's time genuinely answering my questions. I was looking for a rare 13 year old part for my front-load clothes washer and Chris took the time to help me by providing some businesses i could work with in the case i couldn't repair the washer as well as providing her contacts to check with to see if they had the part. Knowing the type of repair I was involved in, she was honest and helpful and wished me luck :) It's really difficult to find a core part of a 13 year old washing machine, but i appreciate her trying to help me anyway. I would recommend this business just based upon that human/customer interaction!

After arriving at my 2nd home to a dead refrigerator/freezer, I called multiple repair places on a Sunday in hopes to hear back on Monday morning. Jason was the only one to call back. Instead of making an appointment right away, he provided "free" advice over the phone to help me fix or assess the issue myself. It turned out to be a bad fan, which he was able to order without coming out. Once the fan came in, he immediately got me back up and running. He is a true unicorn by today's standards (rare and hard to find). I highly recommend Paradise Appliance!Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Never had someone be more dismissive and rude to me over the phone. I called about a fridge that needed 2 new parts and the guy proceeds to give me a quote and then say "but I can't help with that." When I nicely inquired why, he just goes "because I don't want to do the service." That was it. No other explanation. Very unhelpful and frustrating.

Jesse is excellent! He worked with my tenant and gave me excellent advice on repair vs buying new. Great customer service all around - Kris and Jesse. What a great business! I feel lucky to have found them.

Jason was able to come out the very next day to fix the dishwasher. I felt the $150 was more than fair especially considering a like kind replacement would have cost at least $600. I am thrilled to know we have someone who provides such excellent service right here in Tavernier! I am going to recommend him to all of my friends and customers. Buy a new appliance don't use this company. I paid $100 for the estimate for repair. Jason said it was the main board so $150 plus labor in addition to the $100 estimate. When it didn't work after the installation of the main board he said the main board took out the secondary board which would be an additional $120 plus shipping plus labor. $526.75 for the repair of my dishwasher with only 90 day warranty. My mistake was not buying a new dishwasher from the beginning.Service: Dishwasher repair
