I deal with two CVS pharmacies, one in Asheville and one in the Florida Keys. Both have provided me with excellent, personal service. But the pharmacy in Tavernier, Florida, did an outstanding job of filling 6 months of scripts, some of which were Medicare Part 2, some of which were 90 day overrides from my Part D insurer, some of which were partially covered by Rx Plus, with the remainder being out of pocket. Very complex order requiring lots of time and care. Anna, the pharmacist, did an outstanding job in every respect, communicating with my doctors to ensure the accuracy of my order, communicating with me to keep me posted on progress, and even putting my scripts into Ziplock baggies instead of plastic containers so that I could more easily pack them. Great job, well executed, very appreciated.

The young lady, working in the evening, was able to show me what I was looking for, as well as answered some additional questions not related to CVS. I was looking for an electric charging station for my car. We are visiting from out of town. She was very hospitable. The store was very organized and clean!

There are CVS stores on corners across the country but the store in Tavernier,FL Keys is hands down the best one I've ever been to. When my Dad was alive the pharmacy staff knew him by name, handled him with care and patience despite his hearing impairment and many issues...and I continue to be amazed at how kind and helpful everyone is whenever I go in there. Today I ran in for a few items and a lovely woman named Christine helped me with photos and checking out...she was beyond lovely. You feel like you are in a different Era with the customer service there. Not to mention the amazing array of items they keep stocked for visitors to our beautiful keys.

I love shopping at the store in Tavernier, Florida! Everyone that works there is very helpful and friendly! It doesn't matter what time it is or who is working there, they make the shopping experience fun!!

If I could give this zero stars I would... as we walked up to the check out counter, the lady sitting behind the counter who is clearly supposed to be running the check out is on her phone and rudely instructs us to go to the self checkout! Like the rudest person ever! Then an older lady came up to the counter after us, who clearly had trouble walking was coming to the counter and she instructs her to go to self checkout aswell like are you kidding me! And the poor women didn't know how to use it so when she very kindly asked for help the worker gave the biggest eye roll and sigh and stomped over to help her like it was an inconvenience!

When Aisha and Maria were there it was perfection. Now it's horrible and I've had mistakes made that are just not okay. I no longer go to CVS in Tavernier because of mistakes made with my prescriptions! No apologies for the last huge mistake and I got attitude..... I'm noticing that there haven't been any recent reviews, not since Aisha left

The Tavernier FL CVS Pharmacy is absolutely, by far, the VERY BEST pharmacy I have ever seen. Like someone noted in an earlier review - something like, 'you literally leave the pharmacy happier than when you arrived & smiling while walking out', just from the infectious incredible awesome staff especially Molly & Amanda! We drive past Key Largo just to go to Tavernier CVS!!! Thank you again - Amanda & Molly A +++++++ customer service at this CVS!
