“Love, love, love this local bank! I had been with another bank for 26 years. I don't like change, but I endured many changes, not better for the customer, at the other bank. I dreaded having to move all my auto-debited accounts to a new bank. Suffice to say, the transition to Centennial could not have been easier! They even offered assistance in transitioning these auto-debits, which ended up being unnecessary. I was able to do it myself online. I very much like that the employees as well as Centennial Bank itself are a part of my local community. Everyone is super friendly and efficient because of this. Those working at Centennial genuinely care about the local community. It has been a great experience banking here for the past 6 months!”

“I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Every experience I have had at this branch has been outstanding and we have 5 different accounts in my family so I am in there quite often. They can’t help there is no drive-thru. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I also do not go in at the typical busiest times, that would be just asking for frustration…”

“Love this branch! Front desk tellers and bankers are busy but so very helpful. I rarely wait more than 5 mins to be seen. HOWEVER, THE BANK NEEDS TO MOVE THE SIGN TO THE ROAD. I have lived in the area for 6 years and pass this branch EVERY TIME. It is impossible to see (for new customers and visitors too) due to trees and distance from the highway . If I did not have an account there, I would NEVER KNOW Key Largo had a branch.”
