“Shift lead” Marjory, had a bad attitude and worst customer service. If I could do zero stars, I would. I accidentally put the wrong number for my rewards and she wouldn’t go back or cancel the transaction because it was already on the “payment screen”. So I ended up paying full price for everything since the coupons weren’t clipped.

This pharmacy is horrible. I made an appointment for a COVID shot. I had to wait and then because I only have an insurance card and not prescription coverage, they said they don't accept cash payments for the shot and refused to give me the shot.Just a horrible horrible experience.

This store has the Pharmacy go on break for a hour and a half in the middle of the day. They can never let you know if your prescription is ready with a call or a estimated fill time. It's time to put a real pharmacist incharge or close this store down. they are not helpful.

My dentist office sent in the script Monday, twiceNever filled or even acknowledged by WalgreensThursday rolls around and I’m feeling rough so I call the office back and they inform me that Walgreens has not been filling what they send, so they would call them and also electronically send it again right away.I drive an hour with 4 kids and wait in line, to be told again that it was not in the system…. THEN… The same pharmacist says “oh I actually talked to them on the phone earlier so I have it. I didn’t have my insurance card in my wallet, so he then says, if you don’t have the card then it’ll be about 20min for me to fill it!!!!SoYou didn’t have itTalked to them personally and have itThen don’t have it for 20minWhat a joke! Awful service !

Very helpful employees. I have used 4 other Walgreens, 1 in MI, 2 in FL and 1 in AZ. This pharmacy was rated #1 in providing prescriptions in a reasonable time. They definitely have a clue on how to help their pharmacy customers.It is nice to be asked, by other store employees if I needed any help finding something. Happy Days Sunny Skies!!!!

Dropped off a prescription at the drive-up window, they checked on the computer for insurance and stated ok one to one and half hours for pickup. Came to pick up the order and said they had no record of an order. Then checked with another employee and He stated we had no insurance and put the prescription in a trash pile. We had orders filled there just three days before. Got orders out of the trash and took them to Publix and were filled in 30 minutes. Never again and they had NO C/S or help.

Always a nice atmosphere when you walk into a Walgreens and I like the high tech drink screens that show you the price and if a particular drink is out before you open the door. Really neat and great customer service all the time

My go-to Walgreens is a hop-skip-and-jump away from where I live. Over the many years I have lived in the senior park nearby, I have gotten many Rx and flu shots there. Even the pneumonia shot. Plus, there are often in store sales on items that previously I wouldn't even think of buying at a Walgreens!! The pharmacist at this particular location has been very helpful.

Very rude and extremely unhelpful Lisa in pharmacy preforms her job like a robot terrible customer service . She is one customer service rep that needs to be replaced with a Kyosk . I never had issues with the Clermont location.
