Love their own little brand of jewelry section. Cvs is still my fav over Walgreens. Cvs offer more deals, discounts, coupons, etc.

Atrocious customer service. Customers need to be aware that if you purchase items at a Walgreens location and you try to return at a closer location near you for convenience you cannot return items at a different location. They refuse to return your items and tell you to back to the original location. I’m not driving almost an hour out of my way to return $8.00 worth of product. There was no accommodations or effort to find a solution for me, it was can’t help you and that’s it. Then the cashier wants to argue with me saying, they don’t sell the product I was trying to exchange. I literally bought it here last Wednesday- like it’s on the shelf right now.. But magically she was able to find the product in the system and give me a refund. The money she did give me back on another return, I explicitly said I wanted to exchange the items I had in front me and if there a balance left I will pay the remaining. The cashier completely ignored my wishes and retuned my items on the card I paid with. Walgreens is who I exclusively shop with but after my last 3 interactions I will be rethinking where I shop unfortunately. It should not be a hassle and conflict to return or exchange and item at another location that is from the same corporation. Ridiculous.

It was okay but not for using the FedEx part the associate did not know exactly what she was doing and made the process much more complicated than it was.

Been using this Walgreens for years 20 plus there is some great pharmacy staff… just recently there is a tech by the name of Brie maybe not correct spelling of name. She has an awful attitude and very rude, as we were trying to express explain what we had spoke to pharmacist about bout she just kept over talking and snappy.

I've called 17 times to check if my order is ready for my prescription, not only that but I've called other Walgreens stores in the area none of the stores are picking up their phones at any time, they just keep sending it to voicemail at some point. It's a disgusting way to treat customers

I've been with Walgreens Pharmacy for about 25 years now and I love their stores. I stay at the same store bc I like all the employees that work there. They're awesome! They just finished redoing the entire store and it's huge. I would recommend this store for anyone who wants to have prescriptions filled, pick up some groceries or anything in their photo dept. I find a lot of good deals on sale there.

This, Walgreens is understanding, compassionate and caring. I have a sense of humor, and after the day that I had the tech asked me a question, and I responded in a way where I made her laugh like really hard. Even a smile on my face even though my face is swollen. Thank you Walgreens for making my experience great

Ever since I moved to Tavares this Walgreens has been very rude they're they're mean they're disrespectful even the supervisors do not make their employees respect the customers I have never seen a Walgreens with such disrespect they can see you at the window they'll walk right past it they can have you on the phone don't put you on hold and won't even say please hold you can ask them what medications do I need refills on their very rude at the way they speak to you the way they talk to you this Walgreens here in Tavares does not care about customer service one of their employees just hung up in my ear this morning because I told her she was rude for putting me on a whole without telling you she was putting me on hold
