Super easy drop off. You hand over your package at the front counter, they ask for your number (where you'll receive a text once the courier picks up your package) and that's it.

Could not find it. Finally realized it was INSIDE Cvs at the front check out counter. Associate took care of my return swiftly and was cheerful and helpful.
