Amazing place 10/10 Nicole and Mike basically knew every detail about all the paints they have. I asked what the chemical make up of a paint and they knew it exactly. Only buy paint from this store.

Trrying to find info on repairing & repainting my pool area. Went to this store & was extremely impressed by the professionalism & support provided by the staff, especially Nicole. She was of tremendous help even though I did not buy anything this time. Definitely a place to go.

The colors and Associates are fantastic. The paint I'll never buy again it is unbelievably THIN and difficult to work with. Bought a primer and paint and still required 2 coats. I'll stick with Behr, low VOC and one coat prime and paint. The Sherman Williams was a dark color going over painted light walls.

Not friendly or helpful. I tried to order 5 gallons of their highest quality paint, but they had run out. Seriously? You sell one thing.

Sent there bc Eustis was out. Prompt, friendly, and quick service. They even worked with me on the price.

The manager was incredibly rude. She yelled at me because I expresses frustration after waiting for 30 minutes for an associate to attempt to figure out what paint I needed even with my account in front of her, only to find out that it's not in stock. I said "I guess I will just get the brushes then," and the manager told me she was not going to sell me the brushes because I was rude. For an extremely small store they seem to have no products in stock. I witness two other customers that were in there also not be able to get the product they needed. I have never been talked to like that by a store employee in my life. As someone who has managed employees for 10 years, I would never allow someone like that to manage my business.

The store is clean, tidy, displays are not in your way while shopping, the salespeople are extremely helpful, polite, and put forth suggestions. I always feel 'Welcome' upon entering the doors. My shopping experiences have always been a pleasure. The paint quality I use from Sherwin Williamshas always given me much satisfaction. I will shop there many times over, when ever the need for paint supplies, etc. is needed. My recommendation for the Tavares, FL Sherwin Williams store is 10+.
