My friends car battery died and we went to the store to purchase a new battery. The men that worked in there were extremely rude and degrading to us treated us like we are just idiots. The first guy was very nice quiet I guess he's new. He was very helpful, but being two females going into an auto parts store. All we were trying to do is understand and they treated us with such disrespect. would not recommend this particular O'Reillys.

New store. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I wish they carried a few more RedLine products but I have no complaints about their variety.

If I could give Stephen 10 stars on here I would. He helped me give my mom one of her amazing gifts. A brand new battery for her car. He went above and beyond in making sure I understood the benefits of upgrading. Installed the new one on the spot. I highly recommend O’Reilly auto parts over the competition. They truly care about their customers. Stephen is proof.
