Cole Barlow was absolutely fantastic! I found Cole and MFG through local word of mouth which should already imply the level of service they provide as lenders. More than knowledgeable, answered every question with the same level of expertise and guided me through some of the nonsense homeowners go through in purchasing a home. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer or find the answer to even outside of the scope of his work. Extremely helpful in every way possible! They say hindsight is always 20/20 but so was the process. Great guy!

We were initially referred to Cole Barlow by our real estate agent as an alternative to a few other mortgage lenders. Although we chose a different lender at first, they unfortunately caused us to miss our closing date after 45 days. That’s when Cole stepped in and helped us close in just over a week.
Cole is a fantastic loan officer at Mortgage Financial Group (MFG). He is friendly, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond to help us out of a difficult situation. We highly recommend MFG and Cole Barlow for anyone in need of a reliable mortgage lender.

Cole worked with us, so that we were able to close 10 days after he started working on our mortgage loan. Kept us informed every step of the way, worked evenings and weekends, and jumped right in when we decided to switch lenders. Wish we would have started with Cole and Mortgage Financial Group, but at least we landed with them in the end; Cole and Jennifer were amazing!

Cole Barlow was very professional and responsive in managing the loan process for us. Even weeks after close, he was quick to respond to questions I had concerning letters I was receiving concerning my mortgage (scams). He was on top of everything and kept us informed. We closed in about 20 days! Highly recommend Cole and Mortgage Financial (competitive rates also).

Cole Barlow is the top gun of all mortgage professionals! His communication is on a military level and because of his experience, he was able to assess and pre-approve me the same day and knew about everything that he could utilize to save me money. I compared at least 5 companies and noone else knew about the savings that Cole got me. I could not in my wildest dreams believe that I was able to close on such a beautiful home...it was easier and cheaper than renting!!! I can 100% guarantee that his knowledge, professionalism and kindness will make even the pickiest person so happy. I am forever grateful for his hard work and dedication. Cole Barlow is THE man. My husband and I had no idea how to navigate buying our first home nor did we know what we needed to calculate for or how much we could really afford. A friend of ours told us to reach out to Cole and that was the best advice ever because every time we had any question, or if any new development came along Cole was on the money quite literally which is what we needed him for. He made us feel so comfortable which is not an easy thing to be whenever it is the adult world now as a homeowner so to have a very comfortable yet , very clear line of communication with somebody about how much you can afford for your house. He was the absolute best. I know that wherever we go in life this team that he assembled for us we will use time and time again just different addresses. if you want somebody to tell it to you straight and not make you feel ashamed to ask questions he’s the one to call!
