So the guy didn't ask me what plan I wanted, auto charged me for the highest plan, plus protection and call screening (all extra $ a month). I didn't even know this till the bill came. Going through an extremely hard time right now I am utilizing the ACP and it's just sad that people will do what they can get away with to get promotions at work but don't care about the other person and how it could affect them. Sad world we live in. The customer service on the phone was excellent and they fixed all he did wrong. Just somethings to be mindful of and I also didn't think it was appropriate to vape right in front of me. Just a gross store...

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced from anywhere. Having issues with phone service and the girl working the counter was half asleep and not wanting to do her job from the beginning. Walked out of there 100 percent unsatisfied and never going back to this location after the unprofessionalism from the staff.

Very bad people. They lied to me and took my money. Don't trust this location. Store owner won't own up to problems, instead he fires or "relocates" employees to brush problems away instead of fixing them. Worst store in town. Don't waste your time.

They Are LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE! they will "guarantee" things then go back and claim they never said that. Worst experience ever. The manager was supposed to calm me several time and never called once. HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

I walked in and saw the woman behind the counter and the customer she was attending to not wearing a mask, not even distancing.the employee indicated she was the manager. If the company policy is states on the door that staff and customers must wear one for everyones safety why wasn't she following corporate rules! She began to mock how horrible it is to wear a mask and her ailments,without realizing every one has a story and she is putting customers at risk...... I would never go here again if customer safety is not a concern. I drove to Eustis location to get service and they were following corporate policies and cared about their customers health.
