“Honest, kind, & knowledgeable! I bought a rollator/transport chair from Central Mobility. Nicole was extremely kind, patient, & very helpful. She showed my husband & I all of the features. We were very happy with it until one of the tires became “wonky”, but we simply called Central and they had us run it out and it was fixed in about an hour(while we shopped at target?). We couldn’t ask for better service! But then, in early December, the frame bent, so we took it in to swap for a different model or get refund. Well, we were several weeks past our “full-refund return period” and we were prepared to go to war with the actual manufacturer(because it is no fault of Central). To our amazement, Don, the wonderful man who owns Central Mobility, could tell that we weren’t being unreasonable and graciously agreed to give us a FULL REFUND on our rollator! It feels so great to do business with good people.? If you are in the market for anything from walkers/rollators to an electric scooter, give this place a try!???”

“Was in Lake County on vacation. The nasal cannula for my oxygen concentrator got damaged and could not be used. I stopped in here and they were very friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase a new one at a good price. If I lived in the area, I would use them for my oxygen supplies.”
