I rated this place a 3 because it's temperature controlled and it's pretty warm inside there. Also I think the prices are pretty high. And the personal touch is gone. Thank goodness I only need my unit for a couple of months.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 14 inches of water from a broken pipe in their Berea facility in Cleveland, OH and no one is available for help. None of their phone numbers or emails are working. It's unbelievable that a pipe IN THEIR BUILDING, busted, but they have no responsibility. Their negligence in this matter is astounding. Furthermore, even under normal circumstances, their customer service, when available, was terrible. You will be much better off and get better service if you store with a national chain like "Public Storage."

Most expensive storage in state !! What they quote is not what they charge it’s higher !! Not much is worth storing at these prices !! Sell it !!! Don’t believe any of the five stars reviews!!!

Ridiculous price increase of $23/mo without written notice because of new ownership. I probably wouldn't mind if they worked with me a little. Light at unit hasn't worked for 6 MONTHS! I have pleaded with the worker and was told it would be fixed MULTIPLE TIMES! When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that my things could be locked and sold. Save yourself the drama.
