First time customer sending love to family who had to lay their beloved pup to rest. I talked with the gal on phone after placing order to ensure expectations. 5 stars on customer service, as she was very kind, and personable to reassure that the product ordered would be what was delivered with exception of changing orange daisies to pink and yellow buds to white. The online order process allows you to see the arrangement in 3 different sizes so you can chose to order more floral/foliage or less. I chose the $60 standard as it is lovely, and full enough (view standard product image on the right). The image on the left is what she delivered. Where are the beautiful fern foliage stems intended to frame the beauty of the overall presentation? I appreciate that she followed through on color change, and the florals are 5 star beautiful... but skimping on the greenery was a miss - not acceptable, and not what I ordered or paid for. The difference is clear and the cost of skimping and not making every effort to provide the best, especially when representing others, is never worth it. It's not my preference to give a negative review as I value supporting our local businesses, and especially giving praise where praise is due. When business owners see a review like this, it gives them a second chance to 'make it right'. Let's see how she does... I'll update you!

Payed 160 dollars ... 65 for flowers ... the bigger flowers they gave me the small 50 dollar 1 ..... and then on top of it I didn't think I'd get a 6 dollar goodwill stuffed animal I payed 160 for new things if I wanted goodwill stuff I would went and got the 6 dollar teddy bear .... that I payed 30 for .... idk who was making the orders but I was scammed

10/10 hospitality and floral arrangements. I called to ask a few questions and the woman over the phone was so kind in helping me order a custom Premium bouquet for my mom.I really loved two bouquets and she was able to mix and match to make a beautiful Tropical Sunset inspired arrangement. How beautiful!

My daughters ordered an arrangement from Flower Basket Florist and Gifts and I can honestly say in all my years of receiving flowers this was by far the most stunning arrangement I had ever received. The size, color and scent was beyond this world. Roses that were so fragrant that every time I walked by I would stop to smell them again and again. The flowers lasted and entire week still looking fresh and fabulous. I was so impressed I visited the shop and was pleasantly surprised to meet Anita the owner a humble and kind florist with impeccable creativity. Highly recommend Flower Basket Florist and Gifts for all your festivities!!!
