It took a while due to receiving the wrong part and the company's backlog but I am very pleased with the repairs performed by coach Crafters. The office was very polite, kind and informative especially Inez and the work performed was above and beyond! My coach looks virtually brand new again.Service: Auto body & trim repair

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our 32ft. 4in.C-class camper was on a recall for power steering and we had it in to a local PA Ford dealer to have it checked before we went to Florida. Got the OK. Power steering went out when we were ready to drive home. No Ford dealer that could work on a large camper could get us in for 2 - 3 weeks. Coach Crafters not only got us in but waited past closing for us to be towed there. They worked with Ford to get the needed parts and had us on the road a week later, again working late to get us on the road past their closing time because they close for the weekend.

Had a check engine light. They got me in the same week. I waited and the problem was diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner. I recommend. No sitting on a lot for 3 weeks before it gets looked at.Service: Electrical

Dont do it. This owner runs his business emotionally not professionally or ethically. They had our RV for 3 months and we had to initiate the updates on our vehicle throughout. Work was also performed without our authorization. The work quality was also sub par. After we paid we discovered related issues that we should have been told about while specific repairs were being completed. We asked for them to be fixed and the owner agreed. He kept our RV another 2 weeks and then responded he would not quote the work nor would he fix the issues. This business did not care about us.Service: Transmission

This was my second time using CoachCrafters. I was last there in 2020 and was very happy. Sad to say, things have changed and not for the better. First, there is no knowledgeable Service Manger to discuss the problem with your motorhome. No walk around when you arrive. No write up that you get to read and sign agreeing to the service. I required an Engine Service on my diesel motorhome, diagnose an electrical ignition problem, replace the shocks and replace the air dryer filter. Three weeks went past and no info, call or e-mail on the status. On the fourth week I called to find out they did not really look at the electrical issue because they are too busy, yet they charged me $125 for one hour work to do nothing. The Engine Service consisted of replacing the oil and oil filter. That was it. They informed me the shocks did not need to be replaced, even though they are 10 years old. When I went to pick up my motorhome, the floor was dirty and grease was on the carpet stairs, drivers rug and on the leather passenger seat. Additionally, the house batteries were completely drain and dead because the house batteries were left on. I could not even start the generator. The service at this facility is no longer what it was.Services: Electrical

Horrible experience. Short story, a starter replacement took two months at a tick over $2800.I took them a new to me diesel motor home that had been sitting for an extended period of time. They were told there was a starter code issue on the generator, the auto leveler would not work correctly, service all fluids/filters and change any belts/hoses as necessary. In the 2 months they had the RV they only completed the starter repair. And the billing was ludicrous.-Starter- 2 hours out, 2 hours in- Okay-Starter bench test and replacement- 5 hours-Insane-Auto leveler- 7 hours-no resolution, not sure what is wrong, waiting on email from Bigfoot.....returned to me having the original issue(and a bill for $875).- Service all fluids/filters-Nope, not a single one! Stated trans fluid was red, coolant and oil was full...Never mind that it was all 10 years old.Steer Clear!Service: Electrical

CHAPTER 1This place is great. I crafted my own soccer coach ?️ ⚽ ? from here a while back.Ever since then I been living in one of these house vehicles in the parking lot. I just move to a new one every day. Because you know what they say, "switching to a new camper every day keeps the jakes away."CHAPTER 2Biden Suckzto be continued...or will it

I just had my oil changed on my rv. The place seemed clean and well organized and left a good impression on me. I will be trying them again in the future.

CoachCrafters did a great job for us. We brought our rig to them today to have work done tomorrow. They had a cancelation and completed the work today! Due to a part shortage we lost 1/4 of the time we planned to travel. CoachCrafters completing the work so quickly has added several days to our trip.
