I rented a wheelchair for a month after my husband had foot surgery and I wasn't sure how long he would need it. He was up walking in an air boot in 3 days so I asked if I could return it for the week rate. They said they don't refund on rentals. Poor customer service.

This place has no regard for their customers. My husband has a tibial fracture and his doctor sent them a prescription for a hinge brace. This business (if you can call it that) did not let us aware that they don’t carry this brace. We did not know this information until we called them. The place that carries this brace is a different business, Hangers Clinic. They needed the prescription faxed over to them before they can schedule us an appointment. So we called Central FL Mobility again and asked them to fax it over. A few hours later, we find out that they never faxed it. When we asked why that information was never relayed to us when we initially called, the woman on the phone basically said that she already returned the prescription to the doctor yesterday, so basically it was not her job. Not her job? To communicate with clients? So we wasted precious time that my husband needs for his recovery. Do not use this place. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

Manager of store very short with us. Yes he explained the operation of the Golden Lift chair that we bought.for $2245. He was in a hurry to collect the money and stated we would get it in 3-5 business days. It was delivered to us damaged on the 17 of April. It was purchased and paid for by credit card on the 5th of April. He should have never told us 3-5 business days. He should tell the customers there could be a delay on delivery. I called this morning and he stated he would have a new one delivered to us from the manufacturer but didn't tell me how long it would take.I am very disappointed in their business operations and will never purchase anything from them again.

Honest, kind, & knowledgeable! I bought a rollator/transport chair from Central Mobility. Nicole was extremely kind, patient, & very helpful. She showed my husband & I all of the features. We were very happy with it until one of the tires became “wonky”, but we simply called Central and they had us run it out and it was fixed in about an hour(while we shopped at target?). We couldn’t ask for better service! But then, in early December, the frame bent, so we took it in to swap for a different model or get refund. Well, we were several weeks past our “full-refund return period” and we were prepared to go to war with the actual manufacturer(because it is no fault of Central). To our amazement, Don, the wonderful man who owns Central Mobility, could tell that we weren’t being unreasonable and graciously agreed to give us a FULL REFUND on our rollator! It feels so great to do business with good people.? If you are in the market for anything from walkers/rollators to an electric scooter, give this place a try!???

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff! There was no pressure to buy and they answered all of our questions. There is a lot of comfort knowing they also service everything in house! I highly recommend going in person to see their large selection, this is the best mobility store and staff I have ever worked with.

The people at Central Mobility are amazing and they care about everyone's needs. They know what they are doing and they are about their customers not about themselves. I will be coming back to them for my needs in the future! I can't walk and they fixed my wheelchair in no time. Great place to get the help you need and get wonderful people taking care of you!

DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!!!!! Absurd 3 day return policy on unopened item. When one is dealing with a medical crisis, is one going to bear in mind such a ridiculous policy?

Was getting a scooter for my 86 year old mother, referral from doctor was approved through Medicare. Then truck driver strike happened. We waited and waited for almost a year. It finally came in. We were told she needed a new referral from doctor because it had expired, no problem. It became a problem, central mobility claimed to never receive the referral from the doctors. I had actual proof in hand it was sent. Now I'm being told Medicare is denying it. I called Medicare and they said mom met all the criteria. Now today I find out that they are giving us the run around. They prefer to deal with cash paying customers and people with really good insurance. So if you're not paying cash or your insurance doesn't pay top dollar you may want to avoid this place. While waiting for the scooter my mother has fallen and broke her hip. This could have been avoided if some people were not so money hungry

I recently purchased a Barton Chair from Central Mobility and Don and his staff could not have been more helpful and informative. My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase and would have no problem referring them to anyone!

My sister and I just happened to stop in at their showroom to get some prices and ended up buying from these guys, no need to go anywhere else plus they had can order the medical supplies she needs . Good job

Gave us a free battery when they could have charged me. Just bought the unit a few months back... They even stayed later to fix the problem.... Hwy 441 location... Very good service
