We've ordered several times from here now and have had good experiences each time. Today's delivery was great, Sean took the time to load the materials the way we asked. Bradley, our sales rep is very responsive. It is nice to be able to work with people who are both friendly and professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Fence contractors beware. A quote worked on for over 3 weeks, was told whole order there, drove 2 trucks to pick up order and wasted 4 hours of our company time to not have my paid for and contracted order. They ran my card and took the money for whole order. Was getting loaded and only half order was there. Was promised in 2-3 day’s remaining order would be available, mind you they still took my $. No call no anything, I had to call, repeatedly over the following week, with no resolve or materials. Was told first it was still on the truck, the they are looking for my materials and would deliver, then they’d upgrade materials in order to satisfy, it was just a pitch to by them time of their mess. That was nothing but false news. They left my company high and dry which in turn left it to where my company had to scramble for materials to not affect my customer in a negative matter, which as a business owner only costs more money and a loss. This company has no idea how to run a quality business or have proper customer service or assist and work with other companies/contractors. They keep switching personnel to switch the blame or whatever it was to figure out how to give me my money back. I have proof of multiple calls, emails of all this unethical unprofessionalism. They did refund my money but after an entire week of me calling and complaining. Again the end of the moral is they still have promises that were not fulfilled and have no care in the world on how it impacts fellow companies or their clientele. Shame on them.

They will waist weeks of your time, charge you full price for your order but only give you half the order. Then they will give you the run around with 5 different people that have no idea what they are doing for over a week before they decide to give your money back. They just say oh sorry for the inconvenience and tough luck. Their communication and customer service is far from acceptable. Save yourself the aggravation and stay far away. Oh and I am still waiting for my refund, but they got my money instantly when they charged my card….

I needed to EDIT this review due to lacking customer service and the actual material we received on the last two visits.For Fence build the pickets were not the same sizeOrdered 78 panels and they were ALL different lengths so when we set our poles 8foot on center we had to cut each panel down to fit. We didn’t want to dig up the poles and concrete just to fit them to the panels.Many panels were built cockeyed, not square at all. They were cheaper than most places we priced out, which their price does change with different customer.Went back to get four foot and they gave us half pressure treated and half cedar.We used to be pleased with the front desk staff however after 25 mins hold with Pam who never picked the phone back up, and the several times to reach them on phone was unsuccessful, before we paid them, it was great then after the final payment was made we were treated like dirt.We were given incorrect material drove the 45 min trip back home, went back and only received half the, order we originally placed. The loading guys were nice enough, I was NOT checked in by front staff and my last attempt to speak with them was rude they would’ve even bother.I gave one date to the SeanThe driver was on time and even called saying he was in route, very professional and even suggested where to place in yard for easy install. We had to call for an additional panels we changed the layout a bit and they were super accommodating. The driver brought a few extra panels in case the bottom panel picket split during the moving on the moffit.I gave 2nd star for cheap priceIf you are looking for cheap made wood panels and with some elbow grease to save money then go hereIf you want panels built on square and easy to install with 8foot on center I would recommend fence outlet or big woodysBy the way my original review saved us $75 on delivery fee, and I am thankful for the savings but after they were paid the attitude and cold shoulder and realizing the panels didn’t go up and we were cutting several inches off each one and moving poles due to poor jig when they built panels so thus the updated review. Fences are not cheap and most people want a decent price for fair market good built, they need to step up their game.
