Over the past few weeks I have remodeled our master bath and needed paint to finish the walls. Desera was a huge help to find the right color!!
The next week we had a large hurricane and I needed a generator they were out but said they were getting some in the next morning to put my name on a list. I didn’t think they would call but Robert the store manager called early the next morning and everything worked out!! Great Group of folks at the Tavares Ace Hardware!!! Stop in and see them! Linda at the counter is Awesome!!!! Thanks, Ron

Braydon helped us with our paint purchase. He was attentive and helpful. He took a lot of time to help us and we were very grateful. His associates Robert, Johnnie was great too! The crew was talkative and kind so we come to this Ace Hardware over the others.

Was ok until I put the shock containers in my car and it started leaking. Yes I signed a contract that holds me responsible. But when I'm giving a faulty container with a faulty cap that's a different story . Then they had the nerve to lie to me by saying those shock containers have vents. I tipped the other one upside down and nothing came out which means you gave me a faulty container that ruined the backseat of my car. The thousands of dollars I spend at ace will stop now... all over a 3 dollar container.

Always provide great service. I called searching for an item I needed . They responded very quickly, found the Item and had it waiting at checkout when I arrived. Ace is also the place for expert advice.

Recently went here to grab some paint for my house, the store not only had the specific paint I needed, but the workers there were kind to show me what I needed! The service was kind, the store was clean, and the selection was easy to navigate through. I'm definitely coming back again!
