Terrible disgusting customer service skills!!! On hold for nearly 10 min to have some rude ignorant woman answer the phone at the pharmacy and be ridiculous rude, speak with an attitude and no manners what so ever!!! Would avoid this location for sure!!! I have seen this many times at this location happen to other people also. I was conscientious to be so close but would rather drive somewhere else after dealing with that.

This Walgreens location is the most racist and unprofessional pharmaceutical staff. They'll rather lie and act as if they've ran your insurance (ONLY if your Black or Hispanic) and then tell you that your insurance isn't working. They speak to you as if your trash and they don't care if you need you medications (& them not doing their job, properly running your xxxxing insurance and trying to assist you professionally is a problem). They need to shut this location down and pour ever one of those in pharmacy on a do not rehire list. Sad that God people have to be disrespected and treated like crap because ungrateful people who refuse to do their job based on the color of people skin. Ignorance has no color and neither does the profession.

email and phone tells you its ready & you go there and its not, never reads notes left on prescription....whats the point of having them?

Get it together.... They didn't have meds in stock so they told me they would order it. Then on the day it was supposed to be ready they said they didn't order it because they didn't have my insurance on file. I told them I would bring it in person & then they said it would take another 2 days to get the prescription in. After calmly expressing that they had already told me it had been two days the lady seemed defensive and short fused "Don't forget, today is Saturday... two days would be Monday" I'm pretty sure I know what day it is and how to count. She sounds like she's the only one working there and needs a break. Not friendly, no customer service, & can't get their shit together. Go somewhere else

This walgreen pharmacy is the worse. Walgreens Pinellas ave, Tarpon springs Always a long wait to get your meds and calling in to talk to someone is even worse. First call waited 20 min and hung up. 2nd call over 30min and still no answer. Quality assurance is terrible. Picked up paxlovid and it was expired by 3 months. I'm sure the FDA would not approve sending expired med home with a patient. Get with it!

The people working at the pharmacy are all rude and miserable! All the reviews say the same so u know it's not just me!! Seriously they all need to be fired and start over because at this point they are rubbing off on each other!! While I was waiting for my meds they were rude with everyone in some way! Won't be going back!! Had to give it one star but would give it zero if it let me!!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy of all time medication called in after surgery in the morning and still not ready twice after waiting all day for medications still do not have it ready and instead say pharmacist is on lunch! Pathetic ! Use any other location unless you want do wait 24 hours for medication that is supposed to be taken directly after surgery!

At Tarpon Springs location: Went to pick up two refills of prescriptions for a friend that had been ordered well in advance and had a number of refills authorized on original script. Neither were ready and pharmacy tech was going to refuse to put thru a refill order because I didn't know the two doctor's names and mentioned the primary care doctor. She told me I had to bring in a new script! At 3:30 on a Friday afternoon! Not willing for my friend to go all weekend without much needed meds, I told her I didn't care which doctor it is, my friend needs the pills. Only then did she put the order thru and my friend picked them up later that day. I have never had refills refused at any pharmacy if a number of refills by a certain valid date, is on the original order!

I'm allergic to an ingredient that is common in most Prescription drugs. My doctor submitted a prescription to them and they keep substituting the common form of this drug that has glycerin Ive talked to 2 different Pharmacists And both of them assured me that there was no glycerin in the prescription I was picking up. They both lied to me. I'm in the process of trying to get my prescription changed to another Pharmacy this is ridiculous the total lack of disregard for my allergy.
