Our communications with Chris Roy (sales manager) ahead of time, to get a ballpark out-the-door and to make sure the truck was still available, as we had a 2-hour drive to the dealership, were pleasant and prompt. When we arrived, Jim Baker, our salesman, was there to greet us, and the truck was ready for a test drive. When we returned, the paperwork was ready, and the out-the-door price was clearly marked and was exactly what we expected - no hidden fees and no $3k "Advantage" fees you see at other dealers in the Central FL area!
