We do not recommend you use this storage facility! The gate is extremely hard to open, weeds and brush grow up at times making it difficult to walk around. The lock that is used on the gate is very cheap, someone could easily use bolt cutters and in they go to steal your boat or whatever you have stored. Be aware of the accumulative late fees... it's up to $80 per month. The owner has poor communication, doesn't answer phone calls, emails or text. He actually says on his phone to not leave a voice message and to text instead but doesn't respond to text.
