I love this Ulta Beauty store. The staff is phenomenal. They are always friendly and helpful. The store is well lit, clean and well organized.
I always look forward to walking through the door because I know I will be greeted by a smiling associate! I can't wait to shop again!

This has NOTHING to do with my stylist! She was absolutely perfect. The mark-up though should be embarrassing for anyone with a conscience. They offer little tinsel hair pieces for $15 each, but you can buy the entire set on Amazon for $12. I wouldn't be able to work there. I would just go home feeling guilty and I'd NEVER make commission because I'm too honest. Shame on you ULTA!

I have to say, Sophia (I think that was her name) was so incredibly helpful. She went way out of her way to help me and give great recommendations on different brands of what I was looking for.

I made an appointment to get a FULL balayage, when it was my appointment time one stylist started my highlights then maybe 10 minutes later she gets sick and has to leave which it happens I get it but then an older lady (Claudette) had to step in to obviously finish my hair, well anyway she seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t even do my whole head for a FULL balayage like I had asked. She was very rough with my hair and sloppy with the bleach. Needless to say I didn’t get what I paid for which that was my problem but I will NEVER go there for any kind of beauty service again.

Experience terrible...I was stereotyped...saw what I wanted went into my car ordered curbside...had manager bring it to my car and explained nobody wouldn't help me....

Nice selection. Was disappointed no one asked me if I needed help finding a product even though I wandered around the makeup for a while. I would have appreciated their insight and likely would have made a sizeable purchase if someone asked if I needed help.

I’ve been to 2 ultas in the Tampa Bay Area (this being one of them, just now 30 minutes ago) in the last month, I’ve come around 7pm both times due to a hectic schedule.
All three times visiting both of these locations, we have been almost literally kicked out of the store with a terrible attitude, condescending answers, and a rudeness that is synonymous with a business entity that does not care about intimate relationships with their clientele.
Staff is def the worst part of this company by FAR.

I had my hair and makeup done by Stella. Not only did she do my hair and makeup great for a wedding I was going to, she made me laugh the whole time. Great at her job and an amazing personality. She made me feel great and beautiful. I would do it everyday if it was possible. Thank you Stella sapphire Xoxox.
