“I hope that I am spelling the driver's name correctly "Wilby"
Provided the perfect experience for someone that was stranded on the side of the road, in the rain. He was prompt, and professional, got me loaded, home, and unloaded exactly where I asked him to. I will definitely use Pasco Towing for any future road side assistance needs, and I will request Wilby if at all possible to do so.”
“These guys are the nicest mechanics I have every met they treat you like family! The owner is a life saver! They are very knowledgeable and truthful. If you every need work done on your car this is the place to go! I will be recommending my friends and family to come here for all their car needs!”
“I’m a traveler in a 2018 Ram Promaster cargo van. My van broke down on Rt 19 in New Port Richey, Florida.@ 3:30 pm on a Friday. Cox Car Care was across the highway. I called, receptionist heard my story and said owner, Jim Wood would call me back. Within 15 minute I got his call. Said drive it over if I could. With trepidation I drove across highway to his shop. He quickly took a look at van. Serpentine belt was shredded. Now 4:15. I explained not only was I broken down but my van is my home. Jim was calm and efficient. Called around to get belt delivered quickly. 4:45 belt arrived. 5:30 job was completed and I was on the road again. The price was so reasonable that I offered him a $100 tip that he declined. I am so grateful to him for getting me back on the road in my home. Amazed that all this was done with patience, kindness and extending his Friday work day to assist me. Thank you. Great gentleman.”
“Just received my car back after an accident. This place is professional! Starting with Deena in the office. She firmly handled a nonresponsive insurance company. The first day my car went in for alignment. They discovered a pre-existing unsafe condition on the car where emu rear wheel could have come off. They corrected it and I am grateful! They ordered the parts , informed me when they arrived and repaired my car and delivered it 5 days earlier than expected. The work is flawless. My car is perfect. I had no idea the work they did was warrantied. It's warrantied as long as I own my car. I never want to need collision work again. But, I would definitely return to Joe Hudsons's without hesitation.”
“I’d give 10 stars if I could. We got a small excavator stuck in the bank of a pond and All Hour Towing came out, hooked up a winch line, and pulled us right out.”

Captain Jay Martizen was so happy to help & give us some great information to keep us safe! Thanks again Captain Jay!!! We appreciate your help!!- The Crew of ShenanigansMike, Kelly & Moose Delaney”
“Dan, the Man, was wonderful. He helped us get my husband's car out the mud by our pond. He was so efficient. I thought the car was stuck was for good. But no, Dan worked his "magic." Can't thank him enough!”
“Had a flat tire with no spare and needed a tow. The dispatcher, Megan and the driver who came out to pick me up and tow, Chris Leipold, were fantastic. They both gave me great advice to get my car back on the road ASAP. Wish I could give an even higher rating than 5/5 stars. This place and that driver deserve an "above and beyond" award on top of 5/5 stars.”

381 Roberts Rd, Oldsmar“I don’t think there’s too many people that like dealing with Tow Truck companies, but with situation I must give CREDIT WHEN IT’S DUE! My vehicle was left overnight becauseI had flat tire, I advise the Property manager about my situation and he wrote on a business card “do not tow” and signed his name.I tapped it on the window, but it more than likely lost the adhesive since it’s only 102 degrees outside in Tampa. The next day, I come back with a Jack and spare tire to find out my truck has been towed.I called and spoke with a customer service rep. he was very respectful. He advised me the manager on dutyMr. David would be calling me. Within 20 minutes he did!He was humane and did not act systematic by any means. I have him a brief description of what happened, Without hesitation he offered to bring back my truck with no charge! Thank you for being courteous, respectful and humane! 5+ STARS for this awesome manager!”
“Having my pickup stolen in east pasco and informed abandoned in Tarpon Springs is what brought me to this establishment, and they were the ones who picked it up from where abandoned and brought nit to their lot. A little off the Beaten path, but GPS will get you there. I arrived at 1pm with hopes of putting gas in the tank and giving it a jump to start it and drive home. We'll that would have been way too easy for me, and I should have known better nothing goes smooth with me it's a curse. Starting with my 1pm arrival, the office closes for lunch for an hour. I drove back put to civilization and found something to occupy my time in the form of scratch off tickets. In a perfect world, I would have hit one of those tickets for what it was going to cost me to get the Ole truck out on bail. Fat chance. On return to the place, the office was open, and the guy behind the counter was laid back and went through the paperwork. When it came time to pay, he was nice enough to call the owner to see if I
could get a reduced price. Throughout the process, he did this three times. I felt like I was on that game show where the guy keeps making phone calls to someone upstairs who gives the offer. Whoever it was upstairs, I personally want to thank you for making this whole ordeal as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. Especially giving me slack on some of the charges. You have no idea what it meant to me. The truck would not start, and it was left outside the gate. I returned later in the evening and tow roped it back. I doubt I will ever find the opportunity to patronage them again due to living in East Pasco. The entire time there, the counter guy would tell me a certain charge that I had to pay but always picked up the phone to.the mystery guy seeking consessions and got them. How cool is that? On hindsight I wonder if the counter guy is the mystery man and he was just having fun with me”
