Called on a Sunday morning with a nail on the tire when I spoke to the young man named Sam. He was so kind and helpful.
He immediately looked up the tire and was able to find it and have me changing out the tire in an hour. The customer service is very welcoming !!!
Definitely a lifetime customer!

I initially tried them out because they were close to home, but will bring all my tire business there because of my experience there. I brought four loose wheels with junk tires mounted, track oriented tires purchased online and TPMS sensors. Prices are fair and they were helpful and did not gouge me because I brought my own tires. After getting home, I had one with a leak around the valve stem collar so I brought it back in and was fixed in under 5 minutes.

This location has provided excellent care for our vehicles over the last 10+ years. The team is honest, realistic, and personable. Matt is unbelievably kind and knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have which gives me confidence and comfort that my car is always in good hands. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a loyal customer for four years to this Tire Kingdom shop. But yesterday they lost three cars worth of business and I can promise no one from my family will ever walk into this Tire Kingdom again. Also, I will tell as many people as I can to avoid this Tire Kingdom at all costs.
I took my wife's car in for ac service. It seemed like it need an ac recharge. Matt the store manager agreed with me. A few hours later he calls and tell me it doesn't need a recharge, it's the ac compressor that needs to be replaced. The same ac compressor they just replaced in 2 years ago. I told him there should be no reason that ac compressor needs replacing. I just spent $1800 with these guy two years ago to redo my entire ac system, including the compressor. I told Matt he needs to guarantee me that its the compressor and I am not playing guessing games. He told me in this situation its always the compressor. Guess what, it wasn't the compressor. So they replaced my two year old compressor (and condenser) that had absolutely nothing wrong with it and failed at getting my ac to work. When Matt called me to tell me he failed at his job and couldn't get the car fixed he had the nerve to tell me that it was going to cost another $900 to fix more ac components that they had already replaced two years ago. I told Matt I needed the car back. I originally took my car in with the ac still working on one side of the car. Now I have a car with zero ac. They were forcing me to pay to get my car back so I paid hundreds of dollars to receive my car in a worse state then when I brought it in initially. I will be filing a chargeback immediately once the charge settles in my credit card account. Matt handling of this situation was so poor, it caused me to lose respect for him and this Tire Kingdom location. Honestly I will never use any Tire Kingdom in the future because of this.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS FOR AC WORK. THEY NEVER HAVE GOOD AC TECHS AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THEY ARE PLAYING A GUESSING GAME WITH YOU CAR INSTEAD OF PROPERLY DIAGNOSING IT.
