We had a tire with a leak, so we called Mavis Tarpon Springs Rt19 and they fit us right in. Within minutes of our arrival, Dominqo brought the car in and started working on the vehicle's tire. He promptly found a screw in the tire and repaired the tire. The manager then quickly checked us out. We highly recommend this Mavis location for the quick and friendly service from all the staff we dealt with.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience there today, I showed up with a flat tire around 5:30, driving on my rim after I had filled with air at the corner of klosterman and 19. They couldn’t help me because their tech had left for the day… apologized, I started to leave not knowing what to do next, they said they would fill with air for me, while still behind the desk, I said it won’t hold air, for the second time I had said that. Basically was sent off with no help from them, didn’t come check on what the issue was…. I hoofed it taking back streets thru tarpon to get to goodyear, thankfully as they were closing (son showed up with a spare ) they took the tire off after struggling to do so, there was a fishing rope wrapped around the rotor, and the tire was such bad shape, threads and metal showing … bulging out…. they took care of me ! My tires were firestone , only one year old. Disappointed in Mavis, they could have done more than just sending me on my way !

Guy and Charles were extremely helpful with my vehicle repairs. They were kind, understanding, and got the job done in a timely manner.
