Tarpon Animal Hospital always goes above and beyond. The animals always come first and the staff is always there to answer any questions you might have. They are able to handle anything from routine visits to major life saving surgery. They are the only vet we trust our animals with.

First time at TAH. Brought my cat in for a physical and shots. Told them she was a rescue and scared of her own shadow. Dr. Abbate was very gentle with her and she did real good. Answered questions of concern. Very pleased with visit. Staff was very friendly and caring. Office is nice and very clean. My go to place for veterinary care.

I want to share a similar experience I brought my cat here and while waiting I noticed the doctor was very upset with something I heard him being very unprofessional I dont know if it was the same day the other complaint happen but I was waiting for my appointment and could hear a mans voice also the girls upfront one was playing on a phone another was I want to say on something I could tell this wasn't a good place I chose to go to another animal clinic tarpon animal hospital is a no for me and my cat and this guy is not the best and no where near professional

Friendly staff… from the front desk, to the vet assts, to the vets. I’ve felt they were all knowledgeable and caring. They treated all three of my kitties with TLC. Additionally I received great advice from the vet regarding integrating a rescue kitty with my other two kitties. It’s a work in progress, but we’re getting there. Thank you Tarpon Animal Hospital! I highly recommend their service.

My cat had a limp after getting vaccinated and her claws trimmed. The receptionist told me I would need to pay an additional office visit which I strongly disagreed with. The Doctor called and explained why there was a temporary limp, avoiding an additional visit.

I recently had to put down Fluffy, our beloved dog of 16 wonderful years, at Tarpon Animal Hospital. Thank God The Boat Club was nearby to drown my sorrows. This beer-only bar offers a wide selection, including two mediocre beers on draft. The stunning waterfront view, outdoor seating, and live music nights create the perfect atmosphere for an animal wake. Diamond, a paid acquaintance who is a stripper, will always miss Fluffy dearly. The Boat Club truly provided a much-needed escape during this tough time.
