Saint Francis Pet Care Center has always been excellent, and I would always suggest them (and any of their locations)! Their staff is exceptional, and you can generally tell they care about and love your animals.

I love it at St Francis pet care. They are loving and knowledgeable with my pets. We’ve had a bad experience before, so it was a huge relief to find St Francis. The staff made my pets feel at ease and were very informative with me. They gave options of treatment and did not push anything. I really appreciate that.

Absolutely the BEST care my fur babies have received, they truly love what they do and went above and beyond to help me. My 2 dogs are normally fearful but as soon as the exam door opened they couldn't run to them fast enough. Thank you?

So happy that I was referred to Dr.Meredith! I just had a wonderfully positive experience at St.Francis, and I can confidently say it's now my go-to place for my cats.
My usually anxious cat, who typically stresses out at vet visits, was noticeably calm and relaxed throughout our appointment. They have a dedicated "cat room" that's quiet and free from any scent of dogs, which made a significant difference for my cat's comfort.
The combination of a caring staff, a cat-friendly environment, and thorough explanations has convinced me that I've found the best place for my cats' medical needs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and competent veterinary care.

So great for boarding and very caring! They took very good care of our cats dragon, kitty, and donut. They were all able to be together and they sent photos whenever we asked. I recommend this place to everyone.

Professional and caring staff. It was a relief to walk into a vet office and see that the staff actually loved animals, talk about a breath of fresh air. St Francis Vet Center staff greeted us with great energy, smiles and most importantly kindness/care! Before we even got to the exam room other staff members were eagerly stoping in just to say high to my baby. It made me feel safe leaving her in their hands. Plus they called and gave me updates during her dental cleaning procedure which put me at ease.
Seems like an odd thing to say “to be happy that their vet staff looked like they loved animals” but I can’t tell you how many other vets I’ve been to where the staff didn’t seem to like animals… let alone care. Some vet offices even made us feel like me and my fur baby were just another number to them. I understand veterinary work is extremely stressful and emotionally taxing on staff leading to lots of burnout. So I was happy when my mom referred me to St Francis, they are wonderful and the staff seem happy.

I’d give negative stars if I could. One of the vets told my parents that their dog has a tumor… Long story short it was just a toy lodged down his throat. My parents dog died from a bowel obstruction. This could’ve been avoided if the doctor had sent the x-rays for further review instead of telling my parents that it was a tumor.
Then the practice manager Miranda, fired me as a patient without calling to speak with me, all because I was understandably upset that I was getting conflicting information each month regarding my dogs prescription.

Every staff member is helpful and sincere. Dr. Brandon is patient and answers all the questions I have ever had. Also takes calls after I left when I had additional concerns. My 11yr old kitty passed recently and I am thankful for their services during that process.

Dr Adriana and her staff are great. Everyone in the office is so accommodating . Dr. Adriana was born with a special gift of treating God’s special creatures and is so compassionate and is a wonderful vet. She has been taking care of my pets for years. The complete staff all love helping animals and are great at what they do. I am blessed to have found them.
