I worked with Anthony for two years and never even got a home, something was always going on or my loan amount was going up and down not to mention I had to find another lender and it only took 35 days and I got a home 365 xs2 I must have not of been on his to help list because I see all these positive reviews and I could hardly get him to ever respond back or text. Must be nice to have gotten help he always told me he's to busy because he's gotta do this and this. Ya and he made my taxes so low that it made the loan amount not worth taking. I almost became homeless with my children because he played around with my time thinking I was stupid. The only thing I took from this was learning how to understand a mortgage when he wasn't talking so fast.

Cindi Kinch was our loan officer and her professionalism and no nonsense approach made the whole process seamless. Her knowledge and funny personality made it fun. I would highly recommend Cindi to anyone needing home financing.

Anthony was great, from beginning to end. I understand how BUSY and hectic things can get. Dealing with many loans at one time. Anthony was always responsive to phone calls/email. Interest rate was great! This has been a long process, along with running into a few issues on my end, on top of me going back and forth between loan products! He did everything possible to get me closed! I am very pleased with the outcome and I am now a home owner! Thanks again!

Tony is extremely professional and a wonderful person also.He is very helpful and on the top of it he is always available .I cannot think of a better lender other than Tony.He guided us in the whole process of loan and he is always available, no Saturdays and Sundays for him.He has so much patience to explain everything and he gave better interest rates on loan .He gives us best advice when we approached him.I would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Tony McDougall dropped the ball and my clients found out on the day of closing. Rather than try to fix his mistake, Tony kept trying to argue why it was out of his hands and refused to find a solution to his mistake. When you screw up, you're supposed to find a way to make it right. Tony wouldn't do that. Very disappointing. I would tell anyone to stay away from this loan officer. Mistakes happen but the lack of accountability, the blatant dishonesty (he lied about several items during this time) and lack of empathy is unacceptable. This isn't how you treat clients.

Tony Mcdougal was a pleasure to work with. He put in the extra work to get a an unbeatable rate and on a USDA loan. The process was seamless and I was able to correspond and exchange documents through email. He was very professional and efficient all the way until close. I have used mortgage brokers many times. For awhile, I did it myself. Tony can hit, throw and catch. He's the best I have ever worked with. If you give him everything he asks for he will get you a deal quickly and you won't decline his offer.
