BUYER BEWARE cars are nothing but junk the owner charged me 600 in dealer fees when the salesman told me there wouldn’t be any sales fees charged!!! I test drove 6 cars and every one of them had transmission issues!!! The owner is just a complete a$$!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

ours ago NEW Well one star for the pos car they sold me!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! 5 stars for being immorally and ethically dishonest!! Pat yourself on the back, sold me a car for my daughter to get to and from school , she couldn't even drive it lol one day, smoking on the road, took it to their mechanic...sketchy 1/2, then the idiot owner says what to I expect for a 4000$ car, idgaf if it was 6$!! My daughter needed to be safe !! Then their "warranty" right I took it to GM as suggested and every code in the book lit up and they said I'm so sorry this car is a giant mess but we can't even get to the warranty items bc of all the other disasters...cool story. But hey God don't like ugly and SEES ALL. They all have families...hope their karma doesn't come back to them..God will make sure they get theirs! bandits.

Do not recommend. the car was not in a good shape (ac damaged and loud, etc). Not friendly and if you have a discussion they don’t listen to you. You don’t get a receipt for your booking and the prices changes from employee to employee. And he charged us more than his employee told us. $50 dollars difference.Tank was empty when picked it up and when we brought it back it was full. It’s our fault, but it is hard to bring a car empty back, bc of bad weather we had to cancel a day trip, so we could not use the fuel (we lost about $50 additional)We would recommend to fill up all cars and to bring it back full. The owner told us, that he can’t control all cars and it’s not his problem… seems to be a bad argument, because as a business owner you should choose the best way for customers. And to control the fuel when customers bring it back is not a big deal. We would never rent again from this guys. We wanted to support a local business but we are really disappointed.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! The salesman, who identifies himself only as "Ray" is a professional liar. He will look you directly in the eye while he deliberately sells you a structurally unsound car with multiple safety concerns for your 16 year old to drive, while he assures you convincingly that the car does not have these very issues. He is a good enough liar that many people fall for it. Check out the complaints on bbb.org! Ray will prey on honest and hardworking people in our community and rip you off with a smile on his face. BUYER BEWARE!!! My sister bought a car here recently for my 16 year old son who had just gotten his license. The salesman (Ray) was very friendly and seemed honest at the time. He said that being a local business, reputation was everything, and their good name was really important, etc. He said that all the cars sold off their lot were checked out by a mechanic, and that they would never have a car on the lot, or sell a car to anyone, that had significant structural rust damage underneath. My sister test-drove several cars, and finally settled on one. They visually checked everything they were able to, including some superficial rust in a couple places. We all took Ray's word about their so-called standards concerning no rust under a car, and she paid for the car. We took the car to have an oil change, and the person doing the work told me there was a huge amount of rust damage, likely to the point of being unsafe. I immediately went back to the dealership where Ray again assured me they would never sell a car like that; it was only surface rust. I then took it to my normal mechanic who also reported unsafe amounts of rust, specifically on the front subframe, which was totally rusted through in several places. This prevents any alignment work, resulting in excessive and uneven tire wear and steering issues. I took it to the Ford dealership for a third opinion and was told the same thing. The car is not safe to drive as is, and will cost hundreds if not thousands to fix. We went back to Ray, who insisted he wanted to help us make this right, but it soon became clear he was stalling, so I spoke with the dealership owner (Kameel Hanna) who said he would not under any circumstances take the car back. There was no warranty. He suggested I sell it to someone else and bring the money to his lot and he would give me a good deal on another car. I asked if I could bring the car back to him and trade it in on another car. He said that WITH THE ISSUES THIS CAR HAS, HE DOESN'T WANT IT! These are the same exact issues he had no problem at all selling us the car with. Yes, legally he has no further obligation. To me, this is a question of morality! I realize I have no legal recourse here; I just want to try to make sure nobody else gets ripped off by this totally dishonest and unscrupulous business. I generally support local businesses any chance I get, but if the local business is screwing over the local community, I will do everything I can to warn others!

All of the staff have exceptional service to myself and my family. They have a HUGE selection of used vehicles . No one pressured me into getting anything I didnt want. The process was as smooth as possible and they accommodated me when I got too hot outside and went and picked up the vehicle of Interest for myself and my wife. The best place around to get your vehicle of your dreams. All the prices are staggeringly low too! Check these guys out if you want a car, truck, SUV or van. They'll help you to any end.

The customer service provided was impeccable from the time we walked on the lot. ray helped us out and didn't mind answering any questions we had. He's very knowledgeable and such a professional. We even had fun doing our test drive. Last, but not least, shogun auto sales has the best price on used vehicles. I compared prices to other car lots and no one could beat their price.

Amazing customer service!! I went and met 2 gentleman named Kameel and Mina. Very nice men and made sure my car was fixed the right away at a very good price. They have thousands of tires, a full repair shop with lifts, and a dealership on 2 properties across the street from each other. Will definitely come back for anything I need with my car. Very nice and comfortable customer lounge as well so you can relax while your car is being serviced. Very friendly people and will make sure your car is fixed the right way at a price you can work with. Best place hands down!

Greatest customer service in town! Recently went in to get some new tires on my car after it was recommended by a friend and I must say, I'm glad I went, some of the best prices in town. Will definitely be back in the future.
