They are absolutely amazing with the kiddos especially with the ones that are afraid. I highly recommend if you want your kids to learn to swim! For the adult classes, I only recommend this program for people who don’t know how to swim at all. If you know how to swim and are looking to improve your technique, in my experience this is not the program for you. I wish they had been more forthcoming about that.
