It’s officially been one month since I moved in! Tya and z from the leasing office are so sweet and very patient/helpful. Macitence is always here and answers all of my crazy questions. My unit was very clean when i moved in. The neighborhood is super quiet and neighbors are friendly.

This place is HELL. Roaches, unruly neighbors, the kids in the neighborhood run around breaking windshields and throwing rocks at cars. Front office COULDNT CARE LESS I mean literally they don't care about anything but the rent being in by the 5th. If this is your only option on earth then move to another planet cuz you will be stuck in a lease with no way out.

Driving on Beckett Way in front of the Riverside Apartments there were 3 teenage boys throwing rocks at vehicles today. One hitting my car and cracking the window. I have seen these same kids tearing down the white fence on Beckett as well.Police were called unfortunately they didn't seem to care much since the rock didn't go threw the window. Now if it would of went into an open window and smacked someone then maybe just maybe they would of cared. They know the kids names and addresses yet not much was done. I do plan on speaking to higher up in the police force regarding this and the officers behavior. Just wondering if others have had this happen to them? Please just PM me so we can discuss and see what action needs to be taken.Also, the leasing lady of that complex is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She actually wanted us trespassed off ( police said no) when we were waiting for the police to speak to the kids. Keep in mind we don't live there and never go in that complex. She literally lost her cool over nothing. Cameras in the complex are down . The police asked her if they are STILL not working which tells me issues are happening alot in that place.Parents that live there please watch your teenagers. This might not of been a huge deal but one day they will do this to the wrong person or

Honestly these apartments are spacious and have so much potential BUT the whole time I lived there my second shower didn’t work, and I went without a fridge for 3 months until maintenance finally replaced it. The kids in the neighborhood are bad and the parents are even worse, I eventually just kept mine inside. The pool was down all year and probably still is. Theres one trash location and it’s always overflowing. Oh and someone was shot and killed at the mailboxes during my stay here. The price for these apartments don’t even feel “income restricted” and are not worth it.. you would think with the rates they have and the tax free income they’d take better care of the property and its residents.

Office is extremely unprofessional. From other reviews I’ve read it seems like I am not the only resident that has been scammed. The new rule is a parking pass or your car will be towed and you have to jump through hoops to receive the pass. We have put in the portal many times about the toilet being broken, having no hot water and other things which were promised to be fixed during inspections. I have to boil water on the stove to give my child a warm bath. It’s unacceptable and something needs to be done with their management team. Also was threatened by property manager saying “I can tow your car whenever I want” when in the lease agreement it says 24 hours written notice and when i went in to get a guest pass they threatened to call the police because they said i was coming off threatening while i was holding my child and 2 forms of ID which is needed to get a parking pass. These people should be ashamed of themselves trying to take advantage of people.

Nothing has changed from this apartment complex only use this as a last resort place if you can find somewhere else to live then do it cars are constantly being vandalized office doesn't care I have black mold in my closet that I have been fighting to get them to fix but they damn sure fixed my neighbors and my upstairs neighbor's wall and flooring that had mold in it

Family has been living there for 7 months. Before moved in was promise to make repairs, they still not done. Doors are uneven and door fit door frames. When doors are shut you can see clearly see person sitting on toilet. Manager comes and does housekeeping inspections. Manager promises to do repairs and says they should of done them months ago and it was un excusable.

After being entirely displaced by Hurricane Idalia, I was at a lost finding an affordable and safe new home. I walked into Riverside Apartments Leasing Office and a sudden peace came over me. I felt safe and I felt hope. The leasing consultant was Tya she was amazing. She explained the process, the requirements and the expectations of Riverside. She showed me a model home and took the time to not only listen but answer so many of my questions. My experience has been nothing less than excellence at the core with this amazing lady. Two weeks later, I am a new resident of Riverside. The condition of the apt was above standards. It was clean and all I had hoped for. Kudos to Maintenance for presenting a new place of residence with such dignity.Overall, the process was easy because Tya made it uncomplicated. The amazing customer service she has shown me is the service that every apt complex should have for potential residents.Thank you Riverside, for welcoming me into your community. I am so excited to be a part of it and I thank God everyday for placing individuals in my life who are professional, kind, compassionate, and welcoming as your team at this leasing office.Finally, Thank you Tya for being so special at a time when I thought all hope was lost.

Horrible! Was late on rent, by one day, once in my FIVE years of living there, scrubbed the apartment clean and steam cleaned rugs before I moved out. Left apartment far better than I received it. The person that checked apartment said I went above and beyond! Still got screwed out of my deposit. Front office is shady. Walls are paper thin, my electric bill was unusually high, car was vandalized twice in their lot, forced to pay them for washer/dryer that flooded apartment or didn’t work at all, left without air conditioning in the middle of summer for over two weeks before it was finally repaired (and several other issues. Why five years, if it was so bad you may ask? It’s bc I was broke and couldn’t afford leave, especially after their rent increases! I’m sure the moment I post this, they will have staff members submit fake posts, to try and bury mine, as I’ve seen them do in the past.

Beautiful community, great place for my kids and family the office staff very professional and the maintenance staff always working outside,I love the new lighting around the entire property, the pool been clean and my kids enjoy it, and the new owners are in the process for a complete renovation in the entire property , about my services requests the service team always come on time and fix my ac the same I call , this property it’s not what used to be couple years ago I love it I definitely have to give the credit for the hard work and improvements ??

this place is nice from the outside and honestly the apartments aren't bad looking either but management is very unprofessional and take advantage of people they charge extra fees that they shouldn't charge when ask why they give you whatever excuse they want just because they can. Also the trash dumpsters are full most of the time its disgusting and maintenance isn't reliable at all when you put a request they take their sweet time to fix your problem. I've had pest issues and reported it and the issue doesn't get resolved , if they had better people working in there office they would have much better business these people could careless about people and how they can help and make a difference it's all about how can they make a dollar and that's truly sad being that this is also a community for disabled folks it's suppose to be a community for opportunity not taken advantage of people.
