THIS is what a bank is SUPPOSED to be! Take notes Well* Farg*. Opened a business account (walk in, no appointment) Will be opening personal now. BEVERLY WAS AMAZING! The manager was helpful and very pleasant. First time in forever that I was pleasantly surprised by a bank. Good job!

I Highly RECOMMEND that you make Regions your bank. There is one plus, if you lose your debit card they will issue you one any time on business days. Just walk in and say I need another debit card. The people are very friendly and helpful.

This whole bank has been the worst experience and I have ever had in banking. I have given them more than enough chances to fix them selves they just flat out are terrible. INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE.

I’m Dr. Weaver and I’ve never witnessed corporate discrimination in real life I’m with one of my colleagues Dr. Davis he open a business account about a month ago due to being on the front lines day and night never had time to go back into the bank and make the deposit clearly this location doesn’t have their self together they were asking for an IRS form that was already shown upon Account being established. So I was in the branch here in Atlanta Georgia with Dr. Davis sitting down with the branch manager with Dr. Davis just to clear up the details about the account remind you the branch manager NASA was there when Dr. Davis open up his account in real time. Dr. Davis finally had time to go to a branch here in Atlanta and was verified by a branch manager in real time of his identity. She said that she need to see him in person remind you he was verified in office with a branch manager at that location. If Dr. Davis was would’ve been of my nationality I’m a Caucasian male that would’ve not happened to me I guarantee you.. she would’ve never told me that she need to see me in person it wouldn’t be no question .. sham on the branch manger at this location … if you’re African-American definitely you need to be on point at that location.

Went to the Tapron regions bank to cash a check. I am not a regions bank members. But I felt as if I was being discriminate against for the clothes I was wearing and the way I looked. I just got finished working outside all day and Diana Demarest (a financial relationship specialist) was very rude and unprofessional. Told me to go to another bank. And She lied to my face and said she called the owner of the account multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of home. And wouldn’t cash my check. So I proceeded outside and called him personally myself and he answered immediately. And told me that no one from region called him. So I went back inside with him on the phone and they called his wife while I was one the phone with him and got a hold of her “ all of a sudden”. After they spoke with her, then they cashed the checks. But Diana wouldn’t help any more and made her supervisor, who didn’t make me feel any more welcom, Handel my checks without a problem and slammed my if on counter when handing back. For a relationship specialist it seems as if she may need a little more training on how to handle her relationships with guess from other banks. Somebody from corporate should have a discussion with her how she should treat customers. I will never bank with regions.And I will let all my friends know about this horrible encounter. A bank should not discriminate customers even if they are not banking with them.

Filed a dispute against a transaction on my account. Was denied my claim due to "no proof of theft" despite tons of evidence and a police report for "Theft by deceit" I then when to submit more evidence in the local branch with team lead (Nasa Lanke Chami)She promised me she would get my new evidence to the claims department and call me back with a update of my case. She never did, instead I got a letter in the mail again saying "No proof of theft"She never followed up with me and was very cold to my current situation. I did not feel valued as a customer of regions for over 15 years. I have now had to file a complaint with the BBB to try to get this resolved.DO NOT expect regions to have your back as a bank should when disputing a transaction or treating you as they say. I had a rep on the phone even tell me Im guaranteed the credit since I filed a police report. then I got denied AGAIN.Nasa Lanke Chami clearly does not honor her word or customers.

Tiffany's customer service is outstanding.She was very helpful with my requests and also gave me an additional option to help my situation. Her sincere caring is so refreshing and not just another smile and greet. I can see myself banking here a long time.

Do NOT use Regions bank. Starting 3 months ago, they will not reliably post your correct balance. I have wasted hundreds of dollars trying to keep my account from overdrafting from purchases I made sometimes months in the past because the withdraw with disappear after purchase and appear at what seems like random times. I have never had such a terrible experience with a bank. Even when I do not make purchases with this account money STILL seems to come out and when I demanded that these charges be cancelled I was told there was nothing that could be done. Your money is safer stuffed in your mattress than in this bank.

I love this bank and have been with them for many years. The bankers are always so sweetI’ve had issues with the atm but they have always been very quick to fix the problem. I won’t be going anywhere else

very rude customer service ,well i went to drive through with my work van was to big for line so I park right to side ,she told me I was walking after she seen my van that was right there s,definitely need to retrain for customer service and handle the situation better
