Dry Cleaning is good but the service I get from Laura in the mornings makes me continue coming back. She is always smiling, expedites the process and is always on top of any issues. It's the employees that make a company a success and she is a huge part of the success of this Dry Cleaner!

Ridiculous is the only word I can think of for our experience. We dropped off a jacket on 7/31 and to date (8/12) we cannot even get a status. Each time we are told they will call and check status we do not get a call or we are told to call back on another day. The person we continue to deal with is rude and is very incompetent. I was surprised to see the google reviews showing a better rating but when I checked Yelp the reviews seem more inline with our experience. We just want our jacket back and at least an answer that makes sense instead of being told to call back or I will call you when we know something!! If you lost it, tell us and then offer to reimburse! That would have at least been a more appropriate way to deal with your incompetence. One star is too many!

I wish I could give negative stars!! Worst dry cleaners around! Don’t bring your clothes here unless you want it stolen or damaged!! This is not the 1st time they have stolen from people!! They are running a shady business and should be looked into!!

Quality Plus Cleaners are wonderful—they are well-organized, and clothes come back clean and perfectly pressed. Often clothes are ready even before the promised date. I am always impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, particularly Laura in the mornings, who makes a chore into a pleasure.

I stopped by to drop off an easy alteration and was handed down a form to fill out with name, adress, phone, email and BIRTH DAY! I refused to provide and she said "then no service". Why on earth would dry cleaners need all this info????? That's how identity theft happens.Thanks, I will take my clothes elsewhere.

She was just so sweet! I needed an alteration done last minute and she stayed open after closing to let me run over and get it on the late delivery truck. Best customer service ever. I will definitely be back..
