My insurance is crazy but Debbie went out of her way to try multiple discounts and help me figure out how I could get my med. Thank you ? I love this pharmacy

Everyone in this pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment. Every person I’ve dealt with that works here is very rude and dismissive. They always seem like they are in a bad mood and are unhelpful. I’ve had multiple different people help me on different occasions and they are all rude! It’s really sad actually. I won’t be sending my prescriptions here anymore.

If I could give this pharmacist no stars I would. The Publix pharmacist here at this location is aweful. She wouldn’t fill my son’s prescription that his doctor called in asking for the medication to be increased. Then she claimed she call his doctor office to verify the prescription is being increased. But the doctors office was closed for the holiday . So it’s not possible that she spoke to him. my sons doctor is also out of the country on vacation.

The young lady who checked me out at the counter was very rude. When I asked her which meds were ready, and when my other one was going to be ready, she gave me an attitude, and didn't smile or greet me, or say have a nice day. You can't treat people like that working in customer service. Very disappointed.

I just went in to pick up a prescription that had been sent over earlier. Brandi greated me with a very unfriendly grimace saying "your name?". I usually get at least a hello. I told her my name. She tapped some keys and looked at the screen for several minutes (never even made eye contact). She stated "it'll be ready in 30 minutes", then she turned and went back behind the wall. It was a prescription for 2 pills. This was the rudest, most unfriendly encounter at a Publix Pharmacy to date. 30 minutes for 2 pills. There used to be a work ethic, but obviously not today.

their hot deli is the place for you greasy deep fried cod. I mean greasy & soggy they won't even give you tarter sauce or ketchup for the potato wedges. I was told what aisle to buy then in. I thought this was a take away Neal. Guess not. The ocra w tomato tastes like the can i was so hungr and still so disgusted by the food but mostly the young dark haired server who said no we do not give condiments who ever sells fish & chips w no tarter sauce or ketchup. Nasty , Nasty food & attendant PLUS. I was told the Neal was $6.59 But I was charged $7.91 just to throw it away!! BUYER BEWARE!! Never going back there for groceries or anything!!!

Called to cancel an appointment with pharmacy and was on hold for 10 minutes. When someone does finally pickup she takes another two minutes asking me questions to tell me she has to transfer me. She promises they will pick right up. Stayed on hold for another 5 minutes, had to hang up. Worst organized Publix I have ever had to deal with.

Today is the second time in a row I've had a bad experience with this location. Today I went to pick up 5 medications of the 10 I take every day, wound up getting only 3 being told that due to insurance a 90 day supply 2 of them weren't covered, I had it pulled up on my insurance app showing differently. The young girls (exactly what they were) giggled, rolled her eyes and said they would have to be reprocessed and picked up tomorrow. No sooner did I get home half hour later I got a text notification it was ready. Really???? Did I mention I drive Out of my way to this location? Think I'm changing to a location closer being they think it's funny to treat customers this way.

Publix is an average grocery store at best. There is nothing really special about them. There prices are higher than the same stuff at Walmart. In this area they are behind the times when it comes to adding self check out lanes. There is only one in the whole county that I'd even consider shopping at. The management treats their employees horribly at this location and in this area. I have first hand knowledge of this. If I were you I'd make the trip to the one on East Lake and Tampa or just shop at a different grocery store all together. I heard Kroger's has a distribution center here that has an excellent online order process. I haven't checked them out yet, but I will soon. I know some people won't shop at a store that treats it's employees bad. If that is you stay far away from here. If you don't care about things like that then enjoy your average experience at this average chain store.

I had my doctor call in a prescription to the pharmacy here, as my doctor informed me the medication would be cheaper to pick up here, then at my usual Walgreens. When I called to check on my prescription status, the pharmacy tech I spoke to was extremely rude. I had never been to this pharmacy, so the pharmacist deliberately had a very nasty and uncaring tone in his voice. He proceeded to ask me multiple questions. The way this man was talking to his customer, was simply unacceptable on a professional basis. He was insinuating that I was some kind of drug addict, over and over, just because I had never been to their pharmacy. Avoid this Publix Pharmacy at all costs. I was made very uncomfortable, and his attitude is something I've never run across when it comes to a professional environment like a pharmacy. I'm appalled and disgusted. Do better! Treat all of your customers with respect. I'm still completely dumbfounded at how this man spoke to me, and I NEVER get online and write any reviews.

Went for covid vaccine which was a smooth operation. After my wait did my shopping. Always pleasant and helpful. Love Publix.

NEVER use Publix Tarpon Springs for prescriptions unless you are willing to call MULTIPLE times AND hear a different explanation EVERY call only to be told after FOUR days that they're unable to get the medication your doctor prescribed. The medication in question is for HIGH BLOOD pressure. It is readily available everywhere else.

I was there last night for my first corona virus immunization. It was very well organized, I felt very safe and the pharmacist was extremely friendly and professional!
