I am so impressed with OJ Mortgage! This was the smoothest, easiest closing on a house I’ve ever had. There was no last minute changes or stress and Stan and Terri were very knowledgeable, answering every question we had. Even my real estate agent was impressed with how easy the process was. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!

Diane was awesome! She explained the process as we went, locked in a better rate than expected, coordinated with our Realtor for docs or inspections needed. She made herself available whenever we needed her urgently. She also closed a VA loan from beginning to end in 30 days which was amazing In today’s market and during a pandemic! We will definitely call her again for any future needs for ourselves, family and friends.

Diane has been my go-to broker when it comes to mortgages. She assisted me with a purchase of a condo in Florida while I was in another state. She made the whole process smoother than expected. She then helped me with a refinance as well and the expectations were exceedingly met! She’s a great broker who turned to be a friend after the two transactions. Will definitely use her again!
