I would give - stars if I could. We bought a generator on 9/27. Yes we were rushing because of hurricane Helene. Our generator we had went out. Well today for hurricane Milton the new one went out all together. Called up spoke with manager John. He said no returns on gas equipment. My husband is livid by this time. Goes in there with the generator and they tell him for $60.00 they can look at it. And they are 5 weeks behind if they could fix it. It’s a brand new. In the mean time are food is spoiling in the fridge. I called corporate nothing. Tried calling Randy the dm is who they said we needed to speak with nothing. So I worked in retail send it back to the vendor. Since John the manager said we weren’t the only ones with problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE RETURN POLICY IS TERRIBLE! THEY LEFT US WITH A DEFECTIVE GENERATOR! NOW I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO
REPLACE ALL OUR FOOD! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Drove all the way down here to Tarpon Springs to buy a gantry crane that is in stock. I go to the counter to only be told them just don't have the time to deal with it.
So instead, I had to buy something else that is only going to be problematic for me. PISSES ME OFF AT THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!
MAKE IT RIGHT. UNTIL ITS MADE RIGHT MY BUSINESS WILL BE TAKEN ELSEWHERE!!!

Told me I can’t come in.. said closed at 1 as I see dozens of people inside at 12:50..not to mention day before hurricane Milton..

Dina and Karen were so helpful. We're prepping for a hurricane and they provided exceptional service during a time that is stressful and chaotic for all of us. I'm sure they have had to deal with customers that are taking that stress out on them, but you would never be able to tell. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile is so appreciated.

This was a well stocked store ready to serve after a hurricane. Great prices and focused staff. Definitely need more advertisement.

Great place for any tool love it! Returned an item that malfunctioned n gave me a new one no arguments just a look n see if it was a tool malfunctioned n it was. Always go back!

Was told I couldn't bring backpack into the store ,just came from tractor supply and wasn't bothered. There's no sign posted either , definitely won't give them my business.
