“Had been two years since my family and I were able to be in the area but two years ago I left this store with two of the best shirts and memories of a great sales experience--and I really don't like shopping for clothes. The owner sells quality and knows the product lines he carries very well. Fast forward and we were passing through Tarpon Springs on vacation. Luckily, the store and owner were still there. I happened to be wearing a shirt I bought there two years prior. He immediately recognized, determined my shirt size without asking and started helping me by pulling the shirts that would fit. He also talked with my wife and grown daughters while I was trying shirts on to get their opinions. Overall, an excellent experience and I left with four new shirts! Highly recommend.”

I was not successful but I will say that the store is ALWAYS very clean and clothing is straight (never on the floor etc). The staff is ALWAYS eager to help and kind. In an era where customer service seems to be on the decline, it was refreshing to be greeted with such warmth and attentiveness. As I entered the store with my family, including my son-in-law who has Down Syndrome, we were promptly approached by a young woman named Melissa. She not only acknowledged our presence but took the time to listen to our needs and assist us in finding the perfect shoes. Despite the store being busy, Melissa went above and beyond by also helping other customers while ensuring we had everything we needed. But the exceptional service didn't end there. When we proceeded to check out, a young man named Manny, noticed my son-in-law's condition and went the extra mile by providing an additional discount without even mentioning it. It wasn't the discount itself that touched us, but rather the genuine care and compassion he exhibited. This act of kindness truly made a lasting impression on my wife and me. In a world where customer service can often be lacking, the service we received at the Sketcher store in New Port Richey was a breath of fresh air. “We had such a great experience thanks to Casey. The store closed Friday night at 7 pm. We left our house at 6 pm. It was a last minute decision. We had planned to go on Saturday, but it was supposed to rain all day. Casey helped us pick out the parts for a skateboard for my son. He did an awesome job of getting us in and out rather quickly. My son got to enjoy his new skateboard that evening.”
