“Had been two years since my family and I were able to be in the area but two years ago I left this store with two of the best shirts and memories of a great sales experience--and I really don't like shopping for clothes. The owner sells quality and knows the product lines he carries very well. Fast forward and we were passing through Tarpon Springs on vacation. Luckily, the store and owner were still there. I happened to be wearing a shirt I bought there two years prior. He immediately recognized, determined my shirt size without asking and started helping me by pulling the shirts that would fit. He also talked with my wife and grown daughters while I was trying shirts on to get their opinions. Overall, an excellent experience and I left with four new shirts! Highly recommend.”
“VISITED THE STORE TO RETURN A SUIT JACKET THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE FOR A SMALLER SIZE. Associate Daisy assisted me in determining my correct size and I also purchased a few casual shirts while there. Imwas happen to find a clean store, Great selection and helpful staff.”

“Came in today with my teenage daughter to shop for work shoes. The staff was awesome and immediately offered us help. Everyone was friendly but we mainly worked with Micheal. We were able to quickly find what she needed and were even offered a discount that her new job qualified for. This is our 2nd time shopping here and both times have been this good. 10 or of 10 for customer service.”
“I could absolutely live at this store. I love the hippie/bohemian vibe and style it delivers. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the prices of the store, but if you shop in the clearance section, you can find some terrific deals.”

“love hot topic but i just want to say i am EXTREMELY upset that a store that is supposed to be alternative fashion and have alternative bands and humor has SABRINA CARPENTER shirts sold. seriously a store for alternative people to express themselves sells SABRINA CARPENTER shirts. i am extremely disappointed. hottopic your downfall is coming if you keep up with this stupid behavior. pop artists do not belong in a store for alternative people. this store used to be a staple for emos and now its trashed by pop artists like sabrina carpenter and probably gonna be taylor swift next. this is seriously annoying and i am so upset that youre changing the brand and turning yet another alternative shop into a basic pop one. seriously what are you doing.”

BARBARA and MARYJO caused me, TWICE, to Laugh Out Loud (LOL) - on both my transactions (1 return and 1 sale)! I told them to tell KOHL'S to charge customers for helping us leave the store with a big smile on our faces! PLEASE reward THEM for being able to achieve that in our present crazy world!
And, ALLISON was delightful in explaining to us "old" ladies how we may find the sizes we needed on KOHL'S website!

“I came here trying to find my husband's grandmother a birthday gift not really knowing her style and was kinda confused about larger sizes. Ms. Dounia was so personal and exceptional with her customer service that I wanted her to come work with me! She is a Great asset to the Store. She told me where in the department store to shop, she told me that the size I was looking for would be between 1X & 2X. She gave me her opinion to help me decide on what to get for her, and she even hung the clothes up for me and gave me a box (knowing it was a gift). I truly appreciated her that day! Ms. Dounia was amazing, and because of her, I will be coming back!”

“Kohls Port Richey, FL is a real nice department store. It reminds me of how stores used to be. The associates are friendly and helpful. I find this store full of the kind of clothing I wear and the sales make them affordable. I've found great small appliances at great prices. Bought an air fryer for my daughter and it was perfect for her small apartment in the city and just found a perfect personal blender for myself. I'm pleased with Kohls and so happy to be able to use Kohls charge and rewards.”
