We had a great experience with Mattress Firm in Tarpon. Eric was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to find what we needed after we lost our Temper- Pedic to Helene and it was much appreciated. The delivery process was smooth with great communication and delivery guys.

Eric was very helpful. I wish all salesmen were like him. Greeted me when I walked in. He was with other customers but assured me he’d be with me shortly. Important!. Offered several options within my budget and I spent a little more to get what I wanted. Bought 3 mattresses due to Helene flooding. He was patient and personable. A great guy.

Our experience with the salesman Thomas was terrific. He’s very knowledgeable. On the bad side, delivery was tough. The delivery driver hardly spoke English. He pulled up to our back gate which plainly says “residence entrance”. Apparently he can’t read English either. He sat down by the gate and called my husband 3 times saying he couldn’t get in the gate. The directions were explained to him every call. Finally my husband walked to the back gate and showed them how to get in. They flew down our roads in a 15mph zone. The other driver said the driver has only been with the company for a week. No excuse!
