BEST dry cleaners in East Lake area I’ve ever used. Switched from Quality Plus Cleaners after they lost my dress shirt and didn’t do anything about it (even though they said they would). In the last two years, I had only one small issue that this business communicated promptly with me and made it everything right in the end. I highly recommend Majik Touch Cleaners!

I had two tops that were the same just different colors. When I picked up the cleaning one looked wrinkled and smaller than the other. Sure enough the top shrunk and was ruined They tried to fix it but it is still ruined They wouldn’t do anything about it
They have lost me as a customer

Dropped off 1 business shirt for cleaning charged over $7 and said that it was a special cleaning process????. They have cleaned this shirt 10 times before with no issues. Big rip off. I will not be returning.......
While the owner Rick did respond to my posted "poor review" of this business, his offer to rectify the situation was a disingenuous offer to compensate me for the problem. I called several times as instructed by RICK only to be ignored! I was not even given the courtesy of a return call. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and use a different cleaner.

Very impressed with the customer service and the EXCELLENT cleaning and pressing of my clothes!! The got out numerous stains and even replaced a couple of buttons on my dress shirts for no additional charge!! And it was all done and ready the next day!! Wow!!! I highly recommend using Majik Touch, the name says it all!!!

Ok. It looks like the bedspreads are clean but I haven't taken them out of the package yet. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is I called their main office to get pricing, when he dropped them off he verified that price but when we picked them up the price to retrieve my bedspreads from hostage was $20 more! Never Again! I don't recommend this cleaner because you can't change your prices like that in a weeks time.
